Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). This condo is non-smoking. For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time to stay in David's condo, he makes the stay so easy and is a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed in a lot of condos in Destin and this is by far the best with unbelievable ocean views. The condo is very roomy and comfortable.

Relaxing beach vacation

David is a wonderful host, he kept in constant communication and even brought a new Keurig over when he learned the current one was broken. Condo was clean and well updated. View was fantastic and location is very convenient

Gulfgate is a great place to stay and David was incredible to work with. I love the beach chair setup and the overall grounds and pool. The condo was very nice and the view was incredible! The decor was beautiful and it was so great to know David was available at any time if needed. This is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed at in Destin. We loved the views & the large space. We really liked the proximity to our favorite places, Destin commons & The back porch. Best Condo in Destin!

We stayed over Spring Break week and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The balcony views are amazing. We saw dolphins feeding most mornings right in front of us! The location is perfect for restaurants and the beach is less crowded than further down where the high rises are. David is very accomodating and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks David!
