Slow M'Ocean - Destin Gulfgate 0906!

Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This unit has tile throughout the common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a dedicated, covered parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

Stayed forfour days with wife, brother and sister in law. We had a great time relaxing enjoying the peace and quiet from the balcony overlooking the beach. Large choice of restaurants to pick from. Overall had a great time relaxing.

Amazing!!

The pictures don't do this place justice! It was so beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy and fully stocked with everything you may need. We saw dolphins from the balcony every day, morning and evening! You are in walking distance to so much! Highly recommend The Back Porch! Excellent place to eat and great cocktails! We will definitely be coming back to this unit!

Better than expected

Great beach front property, easy access, clean, fully equipped, with a reserved parking spot. Would definitely return for another vacation! One suggestion for improvement, a new couch that would be easier to keep clean and less likely to trap odors and other health concerns. Upon arrival, air conditioning set too cold, entered smelling musty. But, turning off the air and opening balcony sliding doors helped with the remainder of the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (2 adults, two children - 5 and 1) had a lovely week in Destin. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. They checked in often to see if we needed any assistance. The unit was as described - very clean with an amazing view. We ate most meals out on the balcony. I loved that it was not overly crowded. Just one row of chairs on the beach so everyone had a perfect view. The pool was perfect for our little ones. Zero entry is ideal for the baby. Only one very minor item to note - there is only bar soap for washing hands, only one roll of paper towels, only a few rolls of TP, only enough laundry soap for one load, etc... This is not a true AirBnB that has all of those items stocked. The kitchen had all the gadgets you would need - but you have to provide everything else on your own. This was not a surprise to us - so we were prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and again. Thank you!
