Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). Family Spring Break 25'

Great property, relaxed, helpful, steps away from the beach, great view which also included dolphins daily. Lisa at the front desk was amazing as was Peter down by thebeach.

Perfect stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute perfect stay. The place we clean, fully stocked with anything you need and has the best views. The enitire placewas updated beautifully. The staff from entry, to accessing the beach to leaving were all great and pleasant to speak with. Best Condo in Destin!

We stayed over Spring Break week and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The balcony views are amazing. We saw dolphins feeding most mornings right in front of us! The location is perfect for restaurants and the beach is less crowded than further down where the high rises are. David is very accomodating and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks David!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in condo 1105 at Gulfgate. The place was spacious and clean. The balcony was amazing. It was large and provided spectacular views of the gulf. The chair setup on the beach was great and it was nice having only one row. The beaches to our left and right were definitely more crowded. The condo is also located very close to restaurants, shopping, and The Track for playing. Overall this was a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

Great place! Don’t Hesitate. You Will Love It

This condo is awesome. The oceanfront view is spectacular!!!!! I could sit on that balcony all day. The condo itself is well appointed and has everything you need. It’s also a great location on the beach. Not crowded like some other areas. Very close to lots of activities and some really good restaurants. Don’t miss trying out the Back Porch which is just steps away. The food is awesome. It always has a huge crowd but you can believe them when they say the wait will be 30 minutes or less. The condo Host David Barnes is an excellent communicator and dedicated to providing you with a wonderful experience. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. If I come to Destin again, this is definitely where I’m staying.

Fantastic Week at the Beach

We would selfishly like to say the unit was terrible (because leaving a great review could result in reserving this unit in the future more difficult...LOL) but the reality is, you can not go wrong with renting this unit. Being able to check-in at Noon, rather than 4 pm like the other units in the building was a HUGE bonus and the unit itself was in great shape and perfect for our family. Being on the top floor of the condo allowed for great views of the entire beach and there was nothing better than sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee. Being on the top floor allowed us to see dolphins swimming by in the morning that you might not have seen from the lower floor units. While we were there we met several folks on the beach that are return visitors to this condo itself, and one family had even previously rented the unit that we were in. They spoke very highly of unit, as well as the owner, and had already rented the unit for a return trip later this year. Again, you cant go wrong with this unit! You wont be disappointed. We'll definitely be back!
