Birthday trip

We stayed here for my birthday and really enjoyed the location. There is quite a few things that are within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Communication was very good and the home is very useful for larger families to enjoy. This is a really nice place to stay in St Louis.

Good place for a weekend getaway to St. Louis

The Town house is super clean with several beds and a great location to get to area attractions. Dan is very responsive to messages and is a great host. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here a couple of weeks back. The house was spacious, clean and very conveniently located. The host was responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. Definitely recommend

Great Location

This property is in a fantastic location and is under 10 minutes from great food, the zoo, the science center, the botanical garden, as well as many other attractions. Host was very responsive. Dedicated parking spots an absolute plus!

Room and convenience

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a long weekend. It provided plenty of beds and space and 2 bathrooms. 18 minutes to airport and 7 minutes to Union Station area. We enjoyed it.

Awesome!

The check in process was easy, the host communicated right away, if anyone is wondering there is 2 spaces for parking the listing did not mention exactly how many. It was awesome confortable stay and allowed us to be together as a family with the comfort of home. Home was clean, spacious, and accommodating.

Seamless and comfortable

The check in process was easy and the stay was comfortable. It was a convenient location. We were even able to make a .6 mile walk to the newer Cortex train stop to go downtown. I like that they have a dishwasher, washer and dryer as a mom staying there with her family. I also appreciated the designated parking spots. It was a very quiet, well kept area.

Really convenient

My father was sent to Barnes Jewish Hospital for heart surgery and as usual a lot of our family wanted to be there. This place fit the bill it was really close and had nice accommodations for up two twelve family members if needed a little inconvenient parking at the time due to utility work.

Grand baby exchange!

We stayed for 2 nights for a grand baby exchange. It was perfect. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. It was nice to have a small yard for the kids to get some energy out. The neighborhood felt very safe. We walked to a few of the close restaurants.

Overnight large group

We had 11 in our group and a great time in St. Louis. Great air, mattresses slept well and house was updated with excellent taste. Only feedback was pillows would be great doubled up for each bed. Otherwise, perfect location, clean and fit our large group comfortably. Close to so much. Thanks for hosting us!

Great family getaway

Our family of six had a great trip to Saint Louis. Plenty of room for all of us! The townhouse was very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. Centrally located to the aquarium, city museum, and magic house. Our kids enjoyed playing in the fenced in backyard. There was even a nice family park we walked to, about eight minutes away that had a great running track, basketball courts and workout stations. Dan was attentive to our needs as the remote batteries went out while we were there and he had batteries delivered the next day. We will definitely be returning to this gem!

Quick weekend trip for a family celebration of life. Upon arrival, entrance into the unit was easy. Parking was easy to find, but the sign for the marked spots had fallen down. Unit was not clean, dust/dirt/debris on the floor, coffee stains and grounds by the coffee pot, upraise ring of hardened goo on the counter top, trash on the floors in the closets, trash on the bathroom floor under the sink. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in the upstairs bathroom. Did contact the host who stated would contact the cleaning crew but no additional information. Lots of damage throughout the unit - cabinets, stairs, walls, etc. Beds were comfortable. Towels and linens appeared clean. Very large and spacious unit. Was a good location in conjunction with where we needed to go. Felt safe in the unit and area it was in.
