BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful Visit

We enjoyed our stay this week at Windward Pointe! It was a beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere and just what we needed. Beachball Properties were so informative and helpful prior to the trip as well as during and after. Will definitely try and book with them every time!

Great place for a relaxing week at the beach

Our get away to the beach was no disappointment staying in the condo. Due to Covid and 1 person being immunocompromised we were very happy to not have to ride the elevator to the second floor to reach the condo. We were able to use the stairs everyday. All kitchen appliances worked great and the well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook every meal. The condo was surprisingly quiet even though right above the pool. We had a great view of the beach and ocean and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony many mornings.

Great location of this unit on second floor near the end but the overall Windward building is older. We arrived to cracked patio glass that had been taped. No warning or disclosure to ask if we wanted to change units. I had small kids either me and afraid they would lean on it and it would shatter so I was scared. When calling beachball who Vrbo connected me with, they said they know about it and new glasses ordered. I asked why they didn’t let me know and they said another renter just left without compliant. I told them my fear and could they find me another comparable unit but they said no. I asked if any discount or refund avail since I would not have rented this property if it was disclosed. They said no. That it wasn’t completely blocking my view but was just 3 pieces of electrical tape spiderweb from one corner to the other “but not completely blocking my view and we had another door on the master to exit and enter from”. When I mentioned that o wanted my son to take a look at the rental agreement brcsyse he is an attorney they said abruptly “you mentioned legal so we end this conversation don’t call back”. Hung up. When I tried to call back the next person who answered says “your record says we can’t talk to you”. So I was in fear the entire time and definitely had a pretty bad experience. I won’t rent with beach ball properties again. No disclosure of known visible issue and then their fear of even a mention of legal mud no offer of a discount. I’ll include pics

Our first trip to Orange Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Windward Pointe! Our condo had been upgraded recently and was very nice. Would suggest more detailed cleaning (Doritos under the bed, smeared chocolate on the back of the guest bathroom door), a new dishwasher, a new broom, and more items for the kitchen. We used the outside grill 3 nights and needed a cutting board, bowls with lids, and cookie tray that were not included. As far as the property itself, it could use some upgrades. Fitness equipment was old and rusty, hot tub didn’t work the entire week, the entrance doors to the pool and beach were so loud and difficult to use with full hands. We also asked for a couple hours extended due to a 8:19pm flight and was told it would be 125. I’ve never experienced that in the past and was very disappointed in Beachball Properties for that. Our family friends extended theirs for two hours and had no charge or issue. We went to their room to kill some time, which was greatly appreciated by their host. We loved our first trip to Orange Beach but don’t plan on staying here again unless upgrades are made in the condo and property.

The condo was spacious but needs updated and we had electrical issues and one of the bathrooms had mold on ceiling where there was a leak and never repaired. It needed to be updated. Other then that everything was good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, close to just about everything. The rental itself was lacking. Microwave was dated 1993. The outside of the bottom of the cabinet doors are starting to peel away. Several small maintenance issues, from missing insert for garbage disposal, broken glass light cover in bathroom, couches having lost cushioning from being old/used. I was not expecting luxury but was expecting a rental in good condition.

Great condo on the beach!

We had a great trip, there were only a couple negatives. If you are more of a pool person this isn’t the condo for you as the water had food in it (tomato and carrots) and was super cloudy the whole trip with things floating in it. The beach was great other than all the seaweed (not something controllable and common this time of year). We had plenty of space for everyone. Upon checkout they ask you to sweep the entire place and If there is sand they charge you more. This would be fine if there was a dustpan or working vacuum. Hunter was super communicative until we were there and couldn’t get a response. Overall though it was a great trip and nice condo.

Just a little surprised that we were asked to sweep the floor before we departed as we paid a cleaning fee. When we entered the condo on our arrival everyone took their shoes off at the front door. Surprisingly the floors were sandy, do they were very clean to begin with. Overall the condo was clean. We love Orange Beach!

Our stay

Very clean and comfortable beds but refrigator didn’t work properly the freezer was too cold and refrigerator was not cold enough !!!!

Great place to stay

This room had an awesome view and plenty of space! It was clean and I would definitely stay here again.
