This property was perfect for my family it was right on the beach easy access to both pools only steps away from the ocean the views where amazing would highly recommend and its right on the main strip only minutes away from pretty much everything they also had a handicap beach chair so those in a wheelchair can enjoy being on the beach as well will absolutely be using these hosts again

Beautiful location and accommodations. We had a great time. Fantastic local restaurants Some items we felt would have made it better for us Needs Dust pan Dryer doesn't dry good Light bulbs are out and light bulb in guest shower is about to fall out Parking should have been included min 1 car At least one trash bag and toilet paper to start off No wash clothes at all Door stopper need a new rubber or a hotel type latch to hold door open But we will be back. Great family vacation.

Such a perfect location!! Pool access right out our back deck! Super for young children! Very comfy place to stay n right in the center of everything you need. No stairs !! Ground level Great place to stay

I feel like the cleaning could improve ALOT… the floors were dirty and there was dust on ceiling fans and light fixtures. But I was very happy with how fast you all came back out and cleaned the floors after we arrived and fixed the broken tv.

The unit was dirty. There were smudges and hand prints all over the walls, shower curtains were dirty and moldy. The base boards all had mold and were falling apart. We saw cockroaches inside and outside of the unit. We were unable to contact host for additional cleaning due to the late time of arrival and medical emergency. I will never book with Beachball again!

Main bedroom was very hot due to the sliding door having a crack in the frame allowing hot air to come in and the dryer timer is broken so the dryer runs until you turn it off other then that very nice place to stay

Condo was nice, enjoyed the view, easy access to the beach. Heated pool was nice on the cold nights. Needed new patio furniture. Table leg was broken.

We love the location and closeness to the shore line. Our only complaint was the lack of comfortable seating on the porch. It is difficult for older guests to climb up and get down from a tall adirondack chair.

Everything was fantastic. The only complaint is the washing machine didn’t wring the clothes very well so it took forever to dry them.

Beautiful 1st Floor Condo on the Beach

The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The walk out lanai was super convenient to the pool and beach access. The outdoor property was very clean and well maintained. We had absolutely no complaints! Would definitely rent this unit again!

We enjoyed being able to walk out on the bottom floor and go straight to the beach or pool. Condo was clean and big enough for our family stay. The WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there so we couldn’t watch tv unless we watched our grandchildren’s Disney dvd’s that they brought with them. But all in all it was good.

Can't beat the convenience of the proximity to the pool and beach from this ground floor unit. While you do sacrifice a better view of the beach (you can still see the beach, just don't have an elevated view) and some privacy for easy access to the beach, we found it worth it to literally be steps away from the boardwalk down to the beach. Returning from the beach was a breeze with direct access to our patio and loved not having to wait on an elevator! The king size mattress was so comfortable, we removed the sheets to inspect what brand it was for future needs! Beachball Properties was awesome and continually checked on us during our stay and even handled extending our stay effortlessly! Some very minor critiques- the hot water is opposite in the master shower (learned that the hard way after a lukewarm shower lol). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this unit.

LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!! Wow, I just can't talk enough about the convenience of this location. You were literally 50 steps from the parking lot. No elevator to wait for. 50 steps to the indoor pool/hot tub, and 5 steps to the pool. It is not as private as an upper room would be, but if you enjoy people watching and convenience, I don't know how you could ever beat this condo.
