Welcome to our newly remodeled two story townhome, boasting 1100 sq ft of comfortable living space. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this townhome is the perfect home base for your trip. We have two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and another room with a Double bed and Living Room with a sofa bed. The whole townhome has two full bathrooms and a powder room, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests in ultimate comfort.
Our location is just a 5-minute radius away from shopping centers, the expressway, top golf courses, and much more! We also offer hassle-free check-in, with a door code entrance that allows you to come and go as you please and change passcodes for every booking.
Our town home is equipped with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We also have two car parking spaces. No pets and no smoking allowed.
As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome using your unique door code. You'll be able to enjoy the comfortable living space and all of its amenities. The townhome also features a private, fenced grassy backyard for you to relax in.
Throughout your stay, we remain at your disposal to provide assistance. Should you have any inquiries or require any kind of support, please feel free to contact us without hesitation. You can easily reach us via Airbnb messages.

Pets are not permitted in the house.
Safety and Energy Saving:
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Smoking:

Damages and Breakages:
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damage or breakages.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
