This beautifully upgraded apartment is located five minutes from downtown. Itâs right beside Saint Vincent hospital. And located down the road from one of the largest and oldest cemeteries in Erie. Perfect for long stays and short. This unit is equipped with a full kitchen. There is a bus stop located at the corner and a grocery store close by. Beautiful area to relax and get away. I also have 2 other rental suites on this property so can accommodate large groups. The space You have two full bedrooms, one having a king size bed, and the other queen size bed. The living room is rather large and thereâs a air mattress on property and would fit in the living room. Nice size kitchen, bathroom and large laundry room. Guest access The unit is just for you
**Preferred booking!**Safe walking neighborhood & spa-like clean with all amenities and comfortable beds, pillows, & livingroom. (Loved the touch lamps!) Plenty of parking and convenient drives to retaurants, coffee (Tipsy Bean!), & waterfront Erie. Thank you for your hospitality!
Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room worked great. Due to high heat streak, though, the kitchen got extremely warm and could use more insulating blinds, a fan or its own ac. The place is comfy and perfect though! The weather not normal for Erie.
This apartment was extremely nice and clean when we walk in. Has listed, the area is not the best and looks a bit rundown. But if you can get past that and when you walk up the stairs into the apartment it's like your transformed into your own little sanctuary. Each room has and air conditioning unit and they were stocked well enough with towels and plates in the other amenities that you would need or a short stay in Erie. You are a good 10 to 15 minute drive from presque isle and about a 7-minute drive or less to downtown Erie. One thing that was a bit off-putting was that there is an apartment that was also in the house that was clearly smoking inside and the smell of smoke seeped into our apartment a couple of times. :( An amazing thing is that we found an amazing gem down the street, Give a Crepe restaurant?! You have to try it!
We visited Erie to look at real estate with our daughter. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect and gave us quick access to everything we wanted to see and do. Host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.
Everything was as it seemed inside unit! The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. Strong smell of dog urine. Inside unit however was clean and perfect. No off putting odors!
The outside scares me a little bit. But the inside is really nice. I had a trouble getting in, the host communicated to me through the camera door right away. There are things ready for guests like dishes, cutlery, glasses, dish soap, Keurig and pods, cooking wear. There are washer and dryer with laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Only downside is there's a door in the kitchen that leads to the hallway of other units, may need extra attention with little kids. And we kept smelling cigarette through the kitchen door. Otherwise we're happy with our stay! The host is very easy to work with!
Very clean apartment with nice touches, huge tvs and a good kitchen. You can tell it is maintained with care. Manager was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in an older neighborhood, but donât let that fool you. Iâd stay here again next time Iâm in Erie.
