While we strive to maintain all amenities in excellent working condition, unexpected mechanical or electrical failures may occasionally occur, particularly due to Florida’s unpredictable weather and lightning. These situations may be beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued for such failures. We appreciate your understanding and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Emergency repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, pool, or other essential maintenance, may need to be performed during your stay. Guests are required to provide the host, property manager, and authorized service professionals with reasonable access to the property so that necessary inspections or repairs can be completed. Advance notice will be provided whenever reasonably possible; however, immediate access may be required in an emergency to prevent property damage or address a health or safety concern.

The guest bathroom jacuzzi functions as a soaking tub only; the jets are not operational. The house is equipped with a tank-style water heater and a booster. Please be mindful of hot-water usage when filling the tub, as filling a large tub may temporarily reduce the amount of hot water available elsewhere in the house.
