Escapade parfaite à la montagne! Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre escapade à Pocono Mountain. Situé dans l'équipement rempli Towamensing Trails. Cette maison de bain 3 chambres 2 est à proximité de nombreuses attractions de montagne Pocono tels que les stations de ski majeures (Jack Frost et Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Randonnée, Escarmouche, Rafting en eau vive, Historic Jim Thorpe, Equitation, Vélo, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, et bien plus encore!

Cette maison dispose d'un salon avec 50 'TV, câble HD, DVD, WiFi gratuit, bureau d'ordinateur, cuisine et salle à manger. Salle de jeux parfaite avec téléviseur 50 'avec câble HD, table de billard, baby-foot, grande table de hockey sur coussin d'air, ping-pong, jeu de fléchettes et foyer au propane. N'oublions pas le bain à remous extérieur, les grandes terrasses, barbecue à gaz (doit apporter votre propre réservoir!) et le chauffage central et AC! Machine à laver et sèche-linge.

Cette maison est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage sur un lac de 90 acres, le club-house est seulement un autre pâté de maisons. Profitez de la pêche, du canotage, du tennis privé et des terrains de basketball dans la communauté.

La maison est fournie avec des plats, ustensiles de cuisine, oreillers et couvertures. S'il vous plaît apporter des serviettes, torchons, draps, produits de papier et des articles de toilette. Cette maison est à 2 pâtés de maisons de 90 acres lac privé dans le développement, comprend également un clubhouse pour manger, bar complet et salle de jeux en sous-sol pour les enfants, piscine extérieure, plage, tennis et terrains de basketball également avec la communauté, centres de villégiature, et une poignée de terrains de golf, 15 minutes de piste de course Pocono, randonnée, escarmouche, rafting, équitation, parc aquatique intérieur à 10 minutes de Split Rock Resort, 35 minutes de 3 casinos, 15 minutes de la ville historique de Jim Thorpe, pa et beaucoup de terrain de jeu d'état dans la région pour les chasseurs. (il n'y a pas de chasse dans le développement!) d'autres questions demandent juste !!

Relaxing week amid lots to do

Clean and homey with all the necessities. Manager was very helpful. Very quiet despite there being other cabins nearby.Lots to do in the area but all 20 minutes away in different directions so no traffic locally.Local communal pool (busy but not bustling) and private hot tub were very nice. Des not have a private pool though.

Family Getaway.

Overall a pleasant experience. The location is away from the noise but it is close enough to the fun places in Poconos. We didnt stay too long, so my review is short as my stay.The home has entertainment for the family. The home is semi modern (fireplaces, split heat-A/C), game room (pool table, air hockey), and family fav hot tub. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Inside nicer than the outside (cosmetically), roomy, nice game room for the teens, conveniently located, big back yard, nice hot tub...not very comfortable beds, make sure to bring spices, olive oil, napkins, foil, basic cooking needs. Also, don't plan on using the washing machine much - it's a nightmare.

The house had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with the kids. We rented kayaks and spent a morning on the lake. The beach was clean. Everyone was friendly.

Great area!

We had a blast here. There was so much do do and see. This location was a perfect distance between the beach, coal mine, white water rafting, train ride and the old jail. The house was perfect as well. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The owner and property manager was great at attending to any problems we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful labor day Vaca

We really wish we can stay longer or even reserve in the hotter summer times. It was beautiful cozy and very cool which was perfect. Game room was really nice jacuzzi was on point even though it reached 107° F but when the temp went down to 102° it was perfect. Added on the private community beach and pool it was wonderful. We will be back.

House was spacious and game room was fun. Property manager was helpful and responded quickly. We found checkin process to be annoying since we had to be nailed down to a specific time to meet someone at the house. This fact wasn’t listed in the description.

The Saved Ski Vacation!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Cori, the owner, JoAnn, the Property Manager, and her nephew, Ronnie, were to us. From the last minute booking, the late check-in, Ronnie fixing our car, and JoAnn helping our teenager and young 20 year old get to the slopes. They truly saved our vacation! We had an awesome time and definitely wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I want to say that the property itself looked a lot better in person than the photos showed. The game room and bedrooms were larger than we expected and we enjoyed having private, pet and kid-friendly decks. The house is very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. The large fenced in backyard made the stay more fun and convenient with children and a dog. The hot tub was very clean. We have been vacationing in the area for a number of years and this house was one of our favorites. The community amenities are nice and there were issues in past years with lake closures but those issues have been fixed with aeration systems and we had a beautiful stay. Our only complaint was the prior guests did not clean up after their dog at all. My husband spent a lot of time cleaning up the yard so we could enjoy the space. But, this was a guest issue not an issue with the house itself. We would return to this house again.

Great house for family

Stayed in the house for 4 days. Ideally located and easy to get to. Great facilities. The house has great amenities. From sitting in the hot tub watching the deer, to the game room having fun with the family playing games. Well kept and good communication with owner and manager. The location was great as we could go into Jim Thorpe, hit the turnpike or in the winter easy to get to the slopes. Very clean and well kept up. We did not use the lake or pool it is only a few minutes away and easy to get to. That area was well kept up to use.

Many issues needed to be addressed and when i told them all they said was its fixed now woth a TY attached. It wasnt fixed when we were there and we mentioned some on the first night. I will not be returning!

You mentioned a door lock not locking into the game room, we showed up at checkout n it locked just fine. Wasn’t even an outside door. Secondly our manager came over at 10pm when she wakes up at 4am for work and u stated the bedroom light didn’t working sending her 7 videos that u couldn’t get light to work. She pulled in driveway after getting her out of bed and the light was on ? When we tried to explain before heading there. Then you said bout a picnic table seat that popped up on one side when u sat on other… when there were 2 tables and all it needed was screws, then a paver stone was loose bc the rain washed away between them… fixed that the minute you checked out.. nothing affected your stay, maybe these things were such a big deal bc your group was high as a kite during your stay ! Which our contract states no smoking at the home… so please, if your going to downgrade your stay, tell the truth because that’s 4 minor things that didn’t affect anything during your stay and obviously half of them your group was unable to follow simple directions..

Worst Vacation EVER!

1st RED FLAG: Owner doesn't want to give any information about property or rental agreement through the app! Therefore, he can state, He NEVER rented to You? In which case you can't send in a review! Advise to ANYONE who wants to rent: Make sure to get a rental agreement in writing BEFORE you pay in full! Not when you arrive & you have no way to copy it and you are in a rush to get vacation started! That's what happened to us. And owner has contacted me on my personal cell phone to say he knows we didn't enjoy our week....considering we even left a day early.....therefore, he said to NOT review his property! We had issues from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Just to name a few things....Filthy grill ( so much so that we couldn't use it.....when the Manger ,the owner sent to clean it...couldn't believe how bad it was....said he would send someone else to do a better cleaning. NO SHOW! Not a way to start 1st day. Therefore could not Grill AT ALL. Then there was a flood in the game. And our Son almost broke his ankle slipping on the floor. When we called...Owner accused us of Lying about the water. This was just by day 2. And only continued to get worsen as week went on. Unfortunately, Owner needs to put time & money into the property's he already has. Seems he may be over his head. I would NOT recommend this property

The house is extremely small and really can only hold 6 people and two small kids- bunks beds are not full length. The game room could only be heated by fireplace which was requested by owner to keep on at all times which made keeping a consistent temperature in the house difficult and the house heating system whistled every time it turned on and continued whistling until turned off. The game room table tops had no screws in them to keep in place and fell off with the slightest pressure- 2 of the 4 dining room chairs has the tips of screws sticking up through the fabric and can cut you when you sit.The kitchen is not family friendly and offered zero baking pans or sheets- and 4 forks in total. When discussing this with the landlord he blamed vrbo and then never responded again. I am hopeful the manager who o had to communicate all of this to as well at least fixes the house for the next guest but would not recommend any house by this owner again. He states he own 4 or five in this area.

Little insight on this reservation.. all our homes state exactly how many bedrooms, what beds are in each bedroom and sizes (queen/full/bunks etc) we have all pictures online showing each room n the description. This guest states the bunks aren’t full length lol.. they come standard size when we state (twin over full bunk) she stating “my son can’t fit”.. we have listed 10 adults, 2 kids under 2yrs old allowed to stay.. showed her in our portal.. she wanted to bring 12 adults.. regarding the heat, this year with winter getting to -22 degrees with wind chill, we request to leave heat on so pipes do not freeze, many many homes cancelled guests this wkend bc plumbers couldn’t fix all frozen pipes in time, we were lucky enough to not have ours freeze, is that to hard to ask? Should be happy we allow all heat up rather than other owners making guests turn it down when they leave the home. She also booked this home and tried to bring more ppl over than our limit with township, which she prolly wasn’t happy bout house bc of that. All in all, this guest booked this home and obviously her group complained to her so she tried to push it off on us, or she booked it n didn’t read anything, not much more we can do when all pictures and descriptions are on the listing for her.. the table/forks we missing, n we state at checkin to let us know these things n we bring them for you. Some guest do not n she showed up with 4 forks. We would’ve gladly got them. This is mostly her fault

Great location, all you need!

Cori and Chuck were great with rental and check in process! It was easy and Chuck was super helpful with some fishing and restaurant tips. We loved being walking distance to the beach and clubhouse and made daily use of the game room and hot tub. The dogs loved the fenced in yard! We also took some day hikes at Hickory Run state park, spent a day in Jim Thorpe, and took a UTV tour. Definitely recommend this house as a great home base for some fun in the Poconos!

Ski Trip

We had a great time! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub while at the house. We ventured out to hickory run state park for a beautiful walk with our dog and enjoyed skiiing at nearby JFBB. The fenced in yard was perfect for our medium size dog. The property manager was in touch often and ensured we had everything that we needed.

New Years Done Right!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The management was kind and helpful and the house has good amenities. Our group of 6 adults and 3 dogs were super comfortable in the space and the open kitchen was a highlight for sure. If we stay in the area again in the future, we will most definitely consider staying in this house again. Good vibes in this home. They even left us a bottle of wine, and brought a box of chocolate covered strawberries!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the house. Clean, comfy, well decorated. We had 4 working from there a few days and worked out great. Loved the deer and hot tub. Quiet but close to stores and restaurants.

Total Relaxation with Family

House was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for the eight of us and 2 dogs. Hot Tub was fantastic. Used it every day. Game room keep everyone amused during the 2 rain days that we had and beyond that. TV's were very nice. This house is close to food stores, restaurants, beverage store and anything else that you would need to acquire. Cori, Joanne and Chuck were very helpful.

Good break

The overall experience was good - the property managers contacted us by text and that made communication much easier than working through the app. The manager was very responsive. We had a little issue with figuring out how to make the air conditioning units work, and the manager was willing to call and talk us through it than having us wait for her to be free and come over. The house is old but was good overall for a short break. The bedroom sizes are good and there is plenty of living space to just hang out. The game room was a very nice plus as was the hot tub. Kids and adults enjoyed both! The kitchen has the basics like a coffee maker and pots/pans and dinnerware. Linens and towels were also provided. There is a very nice community pool and a lake with a beach area a short drive away, for which you get wristbands to get access for each day you stay. The location is within 30 min of major attractions and we had a very enjoyable weekend with friends!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time with our small “bubble”... the game room and hot tub were excellent ways to keep everyone enjoying the days of our stay! Beautiful set up inside...great way to have everyone involved all day long! Highly recommend!!
