Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials youâll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Reminder:
There will be exterior construction taking place in the backyard on Thursday afternoon. They do not need access to the house, and the work will be confined to the backyard beyond the deck, which is not part of the listing. However, some noise is to be expected during this time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Additional Fees:
An additional guest fee applies after 4 guests to help cover extra cleaning, utilities, and wear-and-tear.
All extra charges are subject to 9% tax (5% GST + 4% Alberta Tourism Levy).
Pre-Arrival Requirements (Required to Finalize Your Booking)
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, all guests are required to complete the following steps after booking:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
A quick digital signature that outlines house rules and expectations. Helps us maintain high standards for all guests.
2. Complete identity verification
This one-time verification protects both guests and hosts. Completed securely through our guest portal.
3. Choose your damage protection option
Youâll have two flexible choices:
$50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damage up to $700 CAD), or
$700 CAD refundable security deposit (a pre-authorized credit card hold released 5 days post check-out if no issues are reported).
Note: A 2% processing fee is withheld on refunded deposits. If the reservation is canceled prior to the charge, the fee is not applied.
* All steps must be completed before receiving your check-in instructions and door code.
HOT TUB RULES:
-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night
-the hot tub temperature must be set between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 104°F) to maintain an optimal level.
-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay
-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water.
- Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax.
-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less
-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub
-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area
-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam.
-no food or other drink permitted in the tub
-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub
-cover is to be placed back on after each use
*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500

Keyless entry is providedâyour private code will be issued before check-in.
Exterior cameras are installed at the front and back of the home for security purposes.
Please remember, this is a privately owned home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat it with respect. While we donât live on site, weâll do our best to respond quickly to any issues that arise.
