An inviting living area offers plush seating around a 75” TV, while a nearby sitting room provides additional comforts with a queen sleeper sofa—ideal for last-minute visitors. The pristine white kitchen, featuring a stunning marble island with a built-in sink, is fully equipped with high-end Thermador appliances, making it easy to host large groups. *Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
