Fig Studio
Studio apartment walking distance from Fig Garden Village.
I added a studio apartment to my home that I would want to live in. I needed it to be fully independent and have its own entrance, yard and garage. It was important to build it so that the beauty of the spacious outside is pulled in with large double pane windows and French patio doors. A fence with hedges in the back yard and an extra thick interior wall ensures that independence and privacy is ensured between the main house and the studio.
Philipâs place was outstanding! Very clean, new, quiet, and private! Well appointed with high-end fixtures and furniture and professionally designed. Tranquil garden space. Large patio doors and windows that let you appreciate and bring in the beauty of the outdoor space. Highly recommend his studio! Great stay and experience!
I was born and raised in Fresno and moved to Utah 3 years ago. We own a business here still and have to come back frequently. I know this town and area like the back of my hand. It's centrally located, safe, very close to stores, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Phil has done an amazing job with decor, comfort and cleanliness. It has everything you need. The private backyard is beautiful and the whole place shows pride of ownership. Bed was comfortable, wireless connection never lagged, very quiet, you never know you're attached to the main house. Bonus that you get to park your car in the garage. Phil was very responsive to any questions we had and always respected our privacy. It was so nice to feel like we had a home to stay in for the month of October. If you have the opportunity to book, do it, you won't find a better place.
I bought my home in March of 2022 and the single largest reason is the location, the Fig Garden neighborhood. While it is close to work for me, I love the way the community treats their homes and each other. I love being down the street from Fig Garden Village and visit Whole Foods way too often. I love walking the neighborhood despite the fact that there is not a single sidewalk in the entire neighborhood.
The home I bought entranced me with an enormous amount of foliage. I have since tamed it immensely as the state in which I bought it was unsustainable and I had to give it a place to grow into.
When I was designing and making decisions about the apartment, I made them as though I would be living in the unit. While the main part of my home was under remodel, I lived in the unit and am proud of our design choices and was and am happy to live in the unit. This is reflected in the colors, the quality of the materials, furniture choices, appliance choices and amount of work that we put into making the unit beautiful.
