Notre superbe maison de retraite au bord de la rivière, "Dancing Bears", récemment rénovée, est située sur une belle façade de 300 pieds sur la rivière Big Thompson avec vue sur le parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses et les montagnes. Il y a des terres Rocky Mountain National Park situé en face de la rivière de notre maison. Estes Park est un peu «coin de paradis» et nous créons une maison confortable et chaleureuse pour profiter avec votre famille et vos amis.

La maison est aménagée de sorte qu'il y est agréable quand la séparation
souhaitée - 3 chambres et d'un côté de la zone de la famille et de 2 chambres à coucher de l'autre côté par la zone de la famille. Il y a 4 salles de bains.

La grande salle dispose de grandes fenêtres à l'ouest avec vue sur les montagnes et de grandes fenêtres donnant sur la rivière Big Thompson. Une grande cheminée en pierre. deux canapés, un fauteuil à bascule, un téléviseur grand écran, DVD et chaîne stéréo fournissent le coin salon de la grande salle. Jouer au hockey de l'air, la piscine ou le ping-pong tout en regardant la rivière de la grande salle. Un des canapés est un lit queen.

La table à manger est dans la salle à manger de la grande salle et peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes et donne sur la rivière Big Thompson. La cuisine est équipée de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et débouche dans la chambre et salle à manger grande région. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et prête pour vos délices culinaires. Il y a une petite salle d'eau avec douche par la chambre grande, salle à manger et cuisine.

Le pont a de nouveaux meubles de patio pour prendre en
les magnifiques montagnes Rocheuses ciel, les montagnes et les alentours tout en écoutant et en regardant la rivière. Il y a un grand barbecue pour la cuisson de vos truites pêchés. Profitez des étoiles et de la rivière comme vous détendre dans le bain à remous après une journée de randonnée ou de la raquette.

La zone de la famille a un 40 pouces TV, DVD, système de jeu et un jumeau canapé journal avec un lit gigogne double.

La chambre principale, 'Bears', a des fenêtres donnant sur la rivière, une porte qui ouvre sur le pont au bord du fleuve et une cheminée en pierre. Il y a un lit king journal et une télévision pour Mama et Papa Ours :). 'Bears' a une salle de bain avec une douche à vapeur afin Mama et Papa peuvent avoir une vapeur très relaxant après une longue randonnée.

Chambre deux, la chambre 'Les arbres a des fenêtres donnant sur la rivière et dispose d'un lit King Log.

Il y a une salle de bains dans la salle des «arbres» et il a une baignoire avec douche.

Chambre trois, 'Moose' est un deuxième Master Suite et a une porte coulissante en verre sur un balcon privé donnant sur la rivière. «Moose» a un lit king journal, une télévision et une salle de petite salle de bains avec une douche commune avec le «drapeau américain» chambre.

Quatre chambres à coucher, 'American Flag', a des fenêtres donnant sur la rivière. 'American Flag' a un lit King, une fenêtre donnant sur la rivière et une salle de petite salle de bain avec une douche commune avec la deuxième chambre à coucher principale 'Moose'.

Chambre cinq, 'Wild Horses' a un lit king et un ensemble de lits superposés, des fenêtres donnant sur la rivière et une télévision.

Tout cela et plus fait de danse les Bears 'une maison de détente et de rajeunissement pour profiter avec la famille et les amis.

Environ 1 1/2 miles à Rocky Mountain National Park et à 1 mile de l'épicerie, etc.

Great home!

This home was a great place to stay for the week. It is spacious and it has a great back porch. It borders the small river and we saw many elk from the porch. It was very clean. If we come back to Estes Park, we will stay at this house again.

Great Multigenerational Family Retreat

This was not only one of the most orgnanized & well stocked VRBOs we've stayed at, but it was perfect for all ages of our 11-person multigenerational family. Appreciated that it was all one-story for senior parents. And also that almost every bedroom had a King bed for all the adult couples in our family. The giant dining room table & open living room concept with plenty of seating for all was awesome, no one was fighting for a spot. The teens loved the pool table (almost as much as grandpa) and me & my sisters loved the patio & hot tub for relaxing at the end of every day. The location & convenience to the corner grocery market, restaurants & of course the Rocky Mt. National Park was fantastic. One of our favorite stays in Colorado to date!

Truly Awesome

This home is perfect in all ways. It is perfectly situated, minutes from the main shopping area in Estes, but feels remote. Every detail has been considered, with the most well appointed kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. Communication was frequent and helpful. It was very clean inside and out. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Even More Beautiful Than the Pictures

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over spring break. There were a total of six adults, one teen, one three year old and one infant and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We chose this home for the gorgeous setting, but also for the one level layout as we have a child with special needs. It was wonderful. The location is just minutes from the national park and also from the downtown area. So many local restaurants to choose from with several breweries too. Communication with owner Jane was super easy...she responded within minutes when I needed to message or call her with a question. This was the best stocked home we have ever rented through VRBO. Plenty of pots and pans, silverware, glasses, pillows and extra blankets. Lastly, the beds were awesome. I highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a beautiful getaway in Estes Park.

The great 2024 Colorado blizzard!

After finally getting a flight out of San Antonio, we were of to Estes Park. Just so happened for our trip to Estes, the had received mor snow than the last few years. It was a white knuckle ride up the mountain. But onece we made it to Estes all was good. We arrived the the house to I bet 3 feet of snow. Our host Jane kept in contact with us tell we made it to the houses. Not much to do in Estes with the amount of snow they had received. Parks closed trails closed. But we had an amazing time with the family playing in the snow, making smores, and enjoying the wildlife. The driveway and road to the house was plowed an maintained to allow access in and out. Just some great family time, im sure we will be back to roll the dice on the weather. Everything was fantastic and did i tell you our host Jane was a Rockstars. Don't miss your chance to enjoy the ho.e for you trip to Estes Park. Definitely a 5 🌟 property!

Perfect for visiting RMNP

I stayed with a group of friends/colleagues on a snowshoeing trip. We all had plenty of room and comfortable places for hanging out together. The property is super close to the National Park entrance and convenient to shops/restaurants. Communication with Jane about check-in, etc was clear and easy. Would choose to stay here again!

Elkfest Fall 2023

This property was perfect for our family of six adults and four kids. We stayed during elk fest with elk just across the river in the open field. Then they crossed the river and were on our road. We also saw deer and turkeys next to the house. Home is well appointed with a deck next to the river. We caught several fish just out the back door. It is a short car ride to Estes Lake and the downtown area. Home is very comfortable. We recommend this location.

New Year's Memories

This home had everything we had hoped for in a vacation rental. The home was clean and spacious and accommodated our group well(we had older adults, young adults and two toddlers in our family).The location was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of tv's, games, books, you name it, this house had it.

Perfect Estes Park Spot

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Home - the space was large and well equipped, the location in Estes Park was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we felt right at home! Great except for unwelcoming owner

This home has a wonderful location and is very spacious. It was a good size for our 11-person group and well-stocked with things we needed. We loved that the table could comfortably seat all of us so we could eat together. The hot tub was wonderful and we were able to easily cook several meals in the lovely kitchen. The owner also was kind enough to let one member of the group who forgot his pillow to return to the property and fetch it, which we appreciated. A word of warning: prior to arrival, this owner created a stressful and unwelcoming environment, including calling me with her “concerns” about our group after she Googled us and/or looked us up on social media. For several years, our group of chosen family (11 working professionals, ranging from age 29-37), had been dreaming of a cabin weekend where we could play board games in the mountains. Upon booking, we were asked for our names, ages, and phone numbers, which I gladly provided. Four days before our arrival, I received an 8 a.m. phone call from Jane. She stated she was “concerned” due to us being “young people” and that one of our friends “worked at a brewery.” I had never told her all our occupations, so she had looked us up online. My friend works in marketing at a brewery, and I felt he was discriminated against due to his occupation. I literally had to persuade her we didn’t have nefarious intentions. There were also cameras in the garage not disclosed in the listing description until after booking.

We had a family getaway for the Thanksgiving week. The Bear House offered plenty of room for our families- including a layout that allowed the little ones to go to sleep and the adults to be able to make noise in living areas. Also close to Rocky Mountain Park and downtown Estes Park.

Perfect House for our Estes Park trip

This house was perfect for our group of 10. We had family members from 1 years old to 82 years old. The layout of the house with minimal steps was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped and the large dining room table was perfect as we prepared and ate most of our meals there. The setting next to the river is scenic and relaxing. The owner contacted us shortly after we arrived and again later during our stay to make sure everything was ok and asked us if anything needed attention. She was very responsive to any question we had. I would stay here again if our future travels bring us back to Estes Park.

Stunning View of RMNP

Our family came to Estes to enjoy the autumn color and this home did not disappoint! The location, right on the river with views of Rocky Mountain National Park, could not be beat! We got to see a herd of elk right across the water, just feet away from the back patio. The home was incredibly clean, had beautiful, rustic decor and provided plenty of space for our group of 9. We spent a lot of time outdoors and very much enjoyed the back views, listening to the river, and stargazing while relaxing in the hot tub. If you’re looking to book a family vacation, look no further! This house has it all! Thank you Jane for sharing your lovely home with us!

I worked at the YMCA of the Rockies one summer while in college and I almost stayed rather than going back to college. Rocky Mountain National Park has some of the best hiking in the world. Being by the water and soaking up the outdoors while listening to the soothing sounds of the river and taking in the spectacular rocky mountains is a wonderful feeling. The energy around our home and along the river is awesome and being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park is wonderful.
