Great stay!

The surrounding area is beautiful including farms and mountains! Under 20 minutes to beautiful Minnewaska Lake and visitor center with hiking. Multiple things to do inside and outside the house for everyone in your group. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this lovely house in Gardiner. The main living floor is elevated (by about 5 steps) which provides nice clean views in the treetops. The backyard set up was lovely (bring bugspray) – with a designer pool and the most relaxing hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, "Better than the pictures"

Our group of 4 adults spent 3 nights in Ezequiel's beautiful property. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lovely, tranquil outdoor space, and we had easy access to the attractions we were there to visit (Mohank Nature Preserve, CIA -Culinary Institute of America, Storm King Sculpture Park, etc.). Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at creatives dream! Ezequiel was a great host and very attentive. The home was a quiet retreat with plenty of space for our family to hang inside and out. Thanks for offering a tranquil space ☺️

The outside amenities were awesome! We enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, grill, and seating area. Inside was very nice. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms upstairs. There isn’t really a fourth “bedroom” but the lower level has a couple of couches. The induction stove was easy to use, once we figured out to use the right pans. :-). We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean property; Excellent communication

The property was immaculate from a cleanliness perspective. Beautiful inside and out. It was also very conveniently located to everything we needed. In addition, the property manager was amazingly responsive to any questions. He would respond in minutes of asking him any questions. He checked with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

I chose the property based on other reviews, though i found it disappointing. Yes, the home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, tools and pots and pans, but that’s not enough for me to overlook other shortcomings. Firstly, there was a broken screen door between the kitchen and entrance to the patio. It kept on falling off the track and it was annoying every time we walked on and off the patio. There was a beehive/ wasp hive that i told the owner about and he tried to tell me that there are always bugs around in the country. I told him that this wasn’t bugs … that there are young kids in the home but he had to see a picture as proof. He said that he had the exterminator at the house about a week before and he didn’t want to spend the money. If you’re making good money on the rental then Step Up and do the right thing. He did call his neighbor in a timely way and he took care of the problem. There was also a broken door in the master bedroom and that was precarious. There was bird poop around the pool gate and for us, it was a turn off, as i need to stay in a house that’s clean inside and outside. There were also items of cloth or clothing on the ground in the backyard. We had to inform him when we got there that wasn’t ours. If these things are taken care of then it would be a good place to stay.

The guest was a nightmare. They started calling me on my personal phone two weeks in advance and sending messages asking for check in instructions which I consistently responded I would provide that on the day of checking for the guests before them safety. The second they arrived they decided to demand that I called pest control for a hornet hive on the outside of the property to which I asked for proof as I can’t send pest control just because a guest saw an insect outside a property placed in the middle of the forest… once they did after being incredibly difficult about taking a photo I sent someone within 10 minutes to handle the issue. Not to mention they left the house a mess when they left and left the hot tub not working. They also the second they arrived asked for the pool person to be sent back for 3 leafs on the pool because there was some wind that sent them into the pool as if they where not able to collect them. One of the most difficult guests I’ve had in years of hosting. Calling someone on their personal phone two weeks before the reservation should have been the first warning sign.
