Welcome!
We are proud Colorado natives and mi casa es su casa (think of our home as your home)! Our townhome has everything you will need to feel at home and locals can tell you that Olde Town Arvada is the perfect home base for Downtown Denver excursions as well as for mountain adventure days. We are so excited to share our home with you and we are available for anything you need!

The space:
Our townhome has two levels, with two-bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. The main bedroom (The Bison Room) has a queen bed and spacious closet. The guest room (The Wildflower Room) has a queen trundle-bed as well as twin bunk beds. Between the two rooms there is space for up to seven guests. Our home is fully renovated with a large fully-equipped kitchen, new appliances, and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Other Amenities:
You will also have private access to a driveway, a one-car-garage, and a private back patio with grill. Other important amenities we have are 600mb WiFi, a Smart TV for streaming, an on-demand electric water heater, keyless entry, and central heat and A/C. We also left you some mountain tailgating supplies like coolers, camping chairs, foldable wagon, etc.

Family Friendly:
Since we raised our kiddos in this home we have every amenity you’ll need for babies and toddlers like a highchair and pack-and-play crib as well as kid plates, cups, and utensils.

Location:
We are located near Denver’s Olde Town Arvada neighborhood, home to hip Denver breweries and famous bakeries, and also to a light rail which takes you directly to Denver’s Union Station. We are also conveniently located by main highways which means 15-20 minute driving access to popular mountain spots like Red Rocks Amphitheater or to city excursions in Downtown Denver. This is really a great location for all things Colorado!

As Denver natives we recommend you start your front-range adventure with burgers and artisan drinks at Denver Beer Company in Olde Town Arvada, stroll up Clear Creek in Historic Golden, get breakfast at The Cow Eatery in Morrison, hike Red Rocks Amphitheater, stop to visit our bison herd off of I-70 and Genesee, and enjoy Little Man Ice Cream in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. Colorado natives even use Arvada as a home base for skiing days in Loveland or Eldora.

Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire townhome, including a driveway, one-car garage, and fenced-in back patio.

Other things to note:
Please no smoking or vaping inside the home, but enjoy ample seating in both our front yard and the enclosed back-patio.

Wonderful place to stay that was central to the places we were visiting. Had plenty of room for five people. Dustin was wonderful to work with! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Short but sweet stay!

Great little neighborhood close proximity to Old Town. Arvada with great restaurants and shopping. . The neighborhood was cute and great walking trails.

Wonderful Stay

Loved this cute place. Perfect space for me, my husband, and 3 teenage girls. Great communication with Dustin, well stocked, comfortable, easy to get around. We highly recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future.

Relaxing atmosphere and convenience

Dustin’s townhome was clean and comfortable. The garage and outdoor space were so nice to have. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the pillows were awesome. We got in late and Dustin sent us options for late night eating. The location was a short drive to the city and Red Rocks. Highly recommend!

Great rental for kids

My husband, myself and 2 kids loved staying at your rental. It was the perfect setting for our short trip. They especially loved the swing chair. I was surprised the kitchen was fully equipped. It made it so easy to make a quick meal. I also adore your design style. Thanks for making our trip great!

Hello! We are proud Denver natives and love all things outdoor. We put so much love into making this home our own, and now we are so excited to share it with others. We have young kiddos and love to host other families who want to explore the Colorado Mountains and amazing dining and breweries of the Denver area.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Denver natives will tell you that Arvada is the perfect home base for all things Colorado. We live right off of the highway so you can hop downtown or to the mountains in about 15-20 minutes. We love this neighborhood because it has a beautiful lake, park, and playground right across the street. You can be to Olde Town Arvada in less than 5 minute drive (we often walk there which is about 20 minutes with kids.) Olde Town Arvada is super charming and has cute ice cream shops, famous bakeries, local breweries, and gourmet coffee shops. Our favorites are Denver Brewing Company and Sweetums sweet shop.

We ourselves lived in this home so it has an extremely well equipped kitchen and we provide all the best linens and bedding. The house feels extremely cozy and comfortable while also being minimalist and modern. We have put so much love into our home and we hope you enjoy!
