Inside, you’ll find an inviting living room with soft lighting, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a 55” smart TV, along with an open kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking or relaxing over coffee. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring a king bed in one room and a queen + twin XL bunk setup in the other, making the home perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard—a private haven with a pergola-covered deck, outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a wood-burning firepit for cozy evenings. You’ll also appreciate family-friendly amenities, strong WiFi, air conditioning, and easy self-check-in. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Olde Town Arvada, you’ll be close to charming shops, restaurants, breweries, and cultural attractions, with quick access to Denver, Golden, and the mountains. Guests have full access to the entire home, including two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with countertop seating and all essential appliances. The home offers one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and complimentary toiletries, along with a washer and dryer, air purifiers, and family-friendly items like a high chair and pack-n-play. Outside, guests can enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard with a deck, pergola, outdoor seating, gas grill, fire pit with provided wood, a kids play area, and a designated pet relief space. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway plus street parking, and easy self-check-in is provided via a smart lock. Pets are welcome, and the only camera on site is an exterior doorbell camera at the front door.

Hi! We’re Hannah, Victor and Remi — a family of three who fell in love with this little Arvada home the moment we walked in.

We bought this quaint little home in 2021 and spent four wonderful years here. It’s more than just a house to us — it’s where we built our life together. Within these walls we celebrated graduations, got married, brought home our baby, and experienced so many milestones that shaped our family.

Over the years, we poured a lot of love into making the space our own. We made thoughtful updates to create a clean, cozy, eclectic feel — from the wellness-minded products we use to the warm touches throughout the home. The spacious backyard became our gathering place, and the walk to Olde Town Arvada was part of our daily rhythm.

As our family grew, we needed just a bit more room — but we couldn’t bring ourselves to say goodbye to this home that holds so many memories. Instead, we’re excited to share it with you.
