The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

About this space
Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied.

The space
The studio is one single room with a bathroom. There is a full kitchen and sofa bed.
Other things to note
This is our home and we choose to share it with YOU, but we're not interested in hosting your extended family get togethers! The number of people that you indicate in your booking is the number of people welcome to come. Also, I do have young boys, so out of respect for them and the other guests, please observe quiet hours of 11pm to 7am.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that renting this studio with uneven outside ground, access to hiking in an area with deer, bears, geese, poisonous snakes, ticks carrying lyme disease, rocks, cattle, racoons and anything else associated with this studio is at your own risk. You understand there are special dangers present to children who are not carefully supervised, and to any person with health risks, or if intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree to assume all responsibility for yourself, your property, and for those in your party. You and all guests in your party agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from all activities and circumstances associated with renting this apartment. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that renting this apartment constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and property owner.
