Que vous prépariez une réunion de famille ou une sortie d'entreprise, cette villa de vacances de luxe entièrement équipée de 10 chambres à coucher vous offrira, à vous et à vos invités, confort et luxe pour des vacances inoubliables. Offrant 4 800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie climatisé, cette villa de luxe offre amplement d'espace à tous vos invités pour se réunir et intimité lorsque vous en avez besoin la nuit.

Notre maison est meublée et décorée par des professionnels, avec une télévision à grand écran LED dans la salle familiale et toutes les chambres. La télévision par câble et Internet haut débit WiFi sont gratuits pour nos clients. Grande terrasse de la piscine a lanai spacieuse couverte et piscine chauffée et spa pour vous permettre de rembobiner et de divertir après une longue journée au parc du régime.

Le club Encore propose des services de navette gratuits vers Disney, Universal et SeaWorld. Si vous êtes d'humeur à jouer au golf, vous trouverez plusieurs terrains de golf de première classe à notre domicile.

Au 1er étage, nous avons une suite principale accessible aux fauteuils roulants (veuillez noter qu'il y a un rebord de 2 "sur la porte d'entrée principale) et 2 suites parentales très grandes. Au 2ème étage, il y a 3 suites king, une immense suite double queen, 1 chambre avec lits superposés et 2 chambres doubles avec lits jumeaux. Notre maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 24 personnes dans des lits! Si cela ne suffit pas, nous pouvons organiser plusieurs maisons côte à côte.

La cuisine est équipée de plans de travail en granite et de 2 grands réfrigérateurs en acier inoxydable. Il y a des sièges dans la cuisine à côté de 2x 8 tables à manger et 2x6 tables de terrasse.

Deux ensembles de laveuses / sécheuses et 2 lave-vaisselle sont fournis, ainsi que 2 poussettes, 2 chaises hautes et 2 berceaux Pack ’n’ Play pour les très jeunes. La salle de jeux climatisée comprend une salle multimédia avec une console Xbox One et un baby-foot pour le plus grand plaisir de nos clients lorsque vous rentrez chez vous après la visite du parc thématique.

Vous êtes à proximité de toutes les attractions de renommée mondiale, Disney à 10 minutes, Universal Studio / Island of Adventure et Sea World / Discovery Cove à 30 minutes, Busch Gardens à 1 heure, LegoLand à 45 minutes, l'Interstate 4 à quelques minutes loin de chez nous.

Le clubhouse à la pointe de la technologie, d'une superficie de 16 000 pieds carrés, est la pièce maîtresse de ce complexe. the property was great. the only issue was the hot tub didnt have any water in it but when i called the office they came and resolved it right away. i would rent this place again with no hesitation and i recommend it to others. Great place to stay

10 Bedroom Encore Resort Home

We can’t say enough great things about this house! Good location outside all the parks with shuttle service to all major parks daily. The aqua park was a huge hit as well as the private pool, especially with the heat in August. Tiny complaints: the pool filter didn’t run often enough to clear floating debris and the home next door decided to have a huge party with a DJ and VERY loud music outdoors until 10:00pm, although that was not in the renter’s control. All in all, I would highly recommend this house!!!

Very nice home. Walls were dirty , only 1 dishwasher worked, lots of roaches, rats got in the pool.

Horrible! The host (Shawn Huang) informed me 9 days before my family vacation that the last day of the reservation was not available when I was allowed to book it 3 months prior. VRBO was not able to help. I don't trust VRBO going forward for booking purposes. They are paid to protect the customer's reservation which they failed to do. Apparently the rental agreement is meaningless if the host can take away days that customers reserved and received confirmation of the booking.

Family reunion/60th birthday Party

The house was the perfect size for all us adults and a 2 1/2 yr old…the pool area was great….the kitchen had enough prep space and the 2 fridges and dishwashers came in handy. The 2 washer/dryers kept the pool towels clean. The central location allowed us to stock up our supplies easily. The only issues we had were at the resort itself. 11 of us decided to spend the day at the resort pool, we moved our lounge chairs to be together, not blocking any traffic areas, ordered drinks and were then told to put the chairs back, that it was unfair to the servers to take chairs from their section….note, the pool was not busy at all, maybe 5-6 other families, one of which was told the same thing, don’t move the chairs. The other issue was with the shuttle service. 5 from our group were going to Disney, the morning shuttle was 20 mins late and they ended up taking a cab back as the return shuttle was over an hour late. Overall the house was perfect, we would def rent it again but, would not utilize the resort.

Nice home but could use some work

Encore Resorts is in a great location and it's very convenient to have a water park included with your stay. The concierge is very helpful and booked my family shuttles for the parks. The home was great and looks like the photos, but it could use some repairs. When we arrived, doors were off of the hinges, bed posts were loose, and some of the tvs did not work, one wasn't even mounted which was a safety hazzard in the kids room. We contacted the mangement company, but we didn't get any resolution until the day before we were scheduled to leave. They mounted the tv and said they would do the rest of the repairs once we left, which was not much help to us. In addition to these issues, we paid to use the BBQ grill, however it was filthy and there was hardly any propane in the tank. If we pay a cleaning fee and a fee for the grill, then these should not be issues. Overall, the stay was okay, but the management company needs to do better about responding to renters and fixing the issues with the home.

Thanks for your feedback -- We've informed the maintenance issue to management company and the repairs are being done this week. Our management company failed to prep BBQ grill before your arrival - we are changing our BBQ rental process by switching to external vendor to deliver grill fresh and ready. Thanks again for raising the issues -- We are taking steps to make sure those issues won't happen to other guests in the future.

Wonderful house for a large group

This house is beautiful as well as the neighborhood. Very accessible once you find it. GPS is not reliable for this location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, but it was not heated as requested and paid for. But after they turned the heat on, it was great!!!!! Having a grill was a plus, but once again, we requested it but it wasn't there when we arrived. They delivered it the day after we called - so no worries. Strangely, we had a water leak one night from the upstairs bathroom into the bathroom in the master bedroom. They responded immediately the next morning since it had quit leaking that night. No leak afterwards. Having 2 sets of washers and dryers worked great! The same for 2 dishwashers and refridgerators/freezers. The only reason for a 4 star rating, was due to the issues we had. Otherwise, this home is top notch! You won't be disappointed believe me. I would just check on the extra amenities you purchased as soon as you arrive. PS - the water park is fabulous!!!!! The kids played for hours and the adults enjoyed it too! Stay here and enjoy yourselves!!!!!

Perfect for a Family Vacation

Overall the property was excellent along with the Water park and Clubhouse. The only minor issue was there were 2 dishwashers and only one was operating properly, same with the dryers and the grill was delivered the next day after our arrival and didn't work properly. Overall all excellent for a family vacation.

Family Vacation

Unfortunately our booking dates were not updated and we lost the first day of our rental. That being said Shawn was very helpful in assisting us with accommodations for the first night. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The resort pool was fantastic and we were so happy we upgraded to heat the home’s pool which we enjoyed everyday. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again especially with a large family like ours with 10 adults and 7 kids. Every couple had their own bedroom and having 3 kid rooms worked perfect.

Large house for a large group

We stayed for three nights. Mostly we were at the parks. Great space for large family gathering. Wish we took advantage of the resort. Well worth taking some time to relax and enjoy. No fry pans but we used other large pizza pans or pots when needed. No X box co trollers in house. We never made it to the guest services to access them. So plan ahead. Sounds travel easily so you tent your hear people talking and moving about. The family was very happy with the wxperiance

Disappointed

I had big expectations on this property from the pictures and nightly price. However, I was very disappointed with how dirty the home was. 3 bedrooms had stained blankets and obviously dirty comforters that had not been washed. I had to buy some at Walmart for our stay. None of the TVS had working cable and the wifi was so poor that we were even unable to enjoy any movies on Netflix. We also did not have a working pool heating until the 4th day of our stay which were the days we started going to the parks. It doesn't matter how offended the host of this property gets after this review or any excuses given because the fact of the matter is that this property should have been checked prior to our arrival to make sure it was ready for the time we paid for. If that would have been done, simple things like the door combination lock having no battery would have been caught making our stay a pleasant one .

Our trip

This is a beautiful home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything exactly as advertised! Having the water park was a plus and not crowded at this time with it being the beginning of school starting! We brought our labs and enjoyed the vacation with them without leaving them home. The tile floor on the 1st floor is a plus. Bedrooms all have carpet, beds were very comfortable! Shawn, the owner communicated with me throughout the process. We did have a small glitch which wasn’t homeowners fault. The cable changed and they had not installed something in box, so we had no tv until our last night but you know without tv wasn’t too bad! We communicated and played games! One of the dishwashers was leaking so we put a towel under it to catch any water. The pool was awesome! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks again!!

This is a great home for a big family

The property were everything. Clean and very spacious. This house has everything that you need. The minor setback was not having a broom. Pots and pans. The area is quiet with a lot of things to do. Overall we loved our stay and we definitely refer a friends and family.

Wonderful Home and Resort

The house was amazing. Well kept, clean and the lay out of the 10 bed/bath home was well designed to allow big open common areas for large gatherings, as well as bedrooms set back away from the common areas that allowed for great privacy. If I had one suggestion, it would be softer mattresses. All in our group agreed that the beds were some of the firmest beds we have ever slept on. Water park area was great for the kids and pool/spa at the home was fabulous! We loved it!!!

Nice house but some broken things

No cleaning supply provided for glass table - odd. Some random things were broken. Otherwise very spacious and nice.

Family Reunion Fun!!!

This 10 bedroom was very accommodating; every bedroom came with it's individual bathroom! It was very clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice with plenty of space for all of our family to enjoy. The pool alarm was a bit much but was and is definitely necessary. Although only 24 people were allowed to stay, other family members were allowed to visit daily. The property was fully equipped so there was no need to spend money on nothing more than food. Maintenance was called about a wet spot on the carpet in one of the master suites downstairs. They came out quickly and the problem was resolved. I would definitely stay here again. The staff and the neighbors were friendly and polite and the area was very inviting!

Family vacation

overall experience with great just a few issues with the home such as curtain rod hooks were coming out the wall and TV's in two rooms were not register for the century prism in order to be viewed. House was prefect size for my family of 21.

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay

We were a party of about 20 unrelated adults and children, ages ranging from 4 to 72, in town to attend a work-related expo at the convention center. The sound-proofing was excellent and the floor plan well-thought out, so the small children and older adults could sleep well without disturbance from the partying 20 and 30-somethings. A few minor annoyances--some of the clock radios and hair-dryers did not work, a couple of toilets ran unless you reached into the tank and fixed the flapper, some light bulbs burned out--but nothing affected our enjoyment of the property. It was close enough to the water park that even the 4 year old could walk it. We never could connect to the internet via the smart TVs, nor figure out how to play the game(s) on the game console, but that just forced the internet addicts to socialize the old-fashioned way. We didn't heat either the pool or the hot tub, but it wasn't necessary; the water was pleasantly warm. We didn't find a broom or mop until loading the cars; they were "hidden" with the highchairs in the garage! It was farther from the convention center than we expected (took 30 minutes to get there), but ultimately worth the drive. We will definitely stay here again.
