Profitez d'une escapade parfaite à la plage dans ce chalet Jane Coslick Design merveilleusement restauré et rénové. Excellent emplacement dans l'extrémité nord historique près du phare et à côté de maisons d'un million de dollars sur Officer's Row.
Vous serez transporté dans le temps pour une sensation d'insouciance avec le mobilier vintage et les couleurs joyeuses. Tout est de qualité supérieure et confortablement pensé. La chambre principale avec un lit queen ouvre sur la salle de bain principale. La 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, un coin salon confortable et construit sous de grandes fenêtres. Il y a un 1/2 bain hors de la cuisine. Une grande cuisine ouverte et un salon / salle à manger sont parfaits pour le temps passé en famille, faisant de bons souvenirs. Le grand porche grillagé est un merveilleux répit pour un café matinal, un endroit parfait pour déjeuner et dîner sur la table de pique-nique avec le barbecue juste à l'extérieur, et un endroit idéal pour faire une sieste et lire. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!
Il y a une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide qui s'ouvre directement dans le bain principal, parfaite pour une douche à tout moment et merveilleuse pour laver le sable d'une journée à la plage.
Marchez, courez ou faites du vélo autour du chemin pavé dans le parc juste derrière le chalet. Les enfants adoreront l'aire de jeux au fond.
2 Smart TV à écran plat avec câble et wifi connectés pour Netflix, Amazon, etc.
Laveuse et sécheuse sont fournies afin que vous puissiez emballer la lumière sans soucis.
Pour les grandes réunions de famille, il s'agit d'un duplex et les deux côtés peuvent être loués. Les cottages Screen Inn et Mess Hall sont à côté, tout comme 2 Bed and Breakfast Inns.

Treat at the Beach!

I loved this property so much — truly, within five minutes of us arriving for a mother/daughter weekend, my mom said she never wanted to leave! The location, the cleanliness, the decor, the porch swing…. it was one of my favorite stays ever, and I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vintage Cottage

Our stay on Tybee Island was enjoyable, relaxing and fun due to staying in this delightful vintage cottage. It was cheery, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and convenient. The porches were literally a breath of fresh air after being in the cold, wet weather of NJ. The close proximity to the beach and the beautiful park behind the property provided us with many walking experiences. We highly recommend staying here!

Last minute spring break trip

If you staying love finding unique places to stay, then this is it! Nothing cookie cutter about this eclectic rental. It's beautifully decorated and furnished to fit the time period of the home and has EVERY comfort of a modern home, too. Bright and open feeling with large windows and two screened porches to enjoy on either side of the home. Short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. And it was sparkling clean! Even better than the photos online, and the owner was very pleasant, checking in to make sure everything was as it should be after we arrived. And she did a wonderful job of actually stocking the property with MORE supplies than the listing stared. Perfect for a family of 3-4 or a girl's trip! We loved staying here and are already planning our next trip. Beautiful

Perfectly Imperfect Vintage Seaside Cottage

My husband & I really enjoyed our time together here. I loved the vintage decor choices, the cozy, laidback vibe, the salvaged mish-mash of it all! So many lovely & inviting spaces to choose from, I wish we could have stayed longer! The shortcut path to the beach was appreciated & the walk was short & sweet with a gorgeous hearty red rooster along our way each day to greet us! He’d also crow every morning but never too early which was very hospitable of him!Everything we could possibly need was there & then some. The only thing not supplied (no biggie) but on the chance it would matter to someone is that there was no fabric softener or dryer sheets available. Also, there was a SUPER strong odor of paint which could possibly be an issue for some? We were fine but it was just unpleasant. We tried to keep the windows & doors open as much as possible to try & help air it out but it didn’t seem to make a difference….we get that maintenance needs to be done & I’m sure it will eventually fade. It was pretty strong though so just a heads up if you’re planning a visit soon

welcome spring

My daughter and I enjoyed 3 days of beautiful sunny days in this charming cottage. Some friends dropped by and we enjoyed conversation, time walking in the park and goint to the beach. It was a perfect break from winter and we were both refreshed for the trip home.

Highly recommend

The house was exactly as described- very charming! Location is excellent, 5 min golf cart ride or less from lighthouse, beach, and most restaurants ( AJs maybe 10 min golf ride). The view of park from living area was beautiful. Great for two people - may be a little hard for more to share the one shower.

Wonderful Get away

We stayed for 4 nights at Cottage on the Green B. We have visited Tybee a number of times on our way from Richmond to Tampa to visit family. Just love this beautifully decorated home right on the park and close to the beach. It has everything! Sleeping porch, porch for jigsaw puzzle-working, coffee pods, tea, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, Netflix, responsive host, easy walk to restaurants. The hope is immaculate! Hope we can visit again. Just love the decor. It is perfect!

Great off season getaway

Cottage B is as cute as a button - cheerfully decorated, clean, and cozy. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood at the north end of Tybee Island which made it a good home base for visiting the beach and adventures in Savannah.

Beautiful cottage near North Beach

Lovely old cottage, very comfortable and beautifully decorated; we enjoyed our stay so much! Located next to a town park, where we walked a loop under the trees every day. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay, this is it. Two screened porches, vintage building and decor with modern comforts. We could walk to North Beach. And cocktails at the North Beach Grill! Also very close to Sea Wolf, where we had great Tybee Salt Bombs (local oysters) and gourmet hot dogs. Highly recommend.

Birthday memories

Loved the location, the house was unique and loved the screened porches and amenities. Will say that the rug in the living room area had not been vacuumed well enough on arrival. Also the washer leaked when we did a load of laundry and the bathroom fans were not effective.

Wonderful girls’ weekend

This was my second time staying at this property but the first time staying in B. I came for a long weekend with my two daughters, to celebrate my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. We absolutely loved it! It is cool and funky, comfortable, clean, serene, and in a great location. We liked being in a more residential area with a very short walk to the beach. If I had one complaint it would be the need for more counter space in the bathroom. With 3 girls, there wasn’t much space for all the stuff. Maybe put a small cabinet in the full bath instead of the chair? With that said though, I would absolutely stay here again!

As Cute As They Get

After seeing this listing in an issue of Country Living several use ago it instantly went on my vacation bucket list! One of the major things I look at when booking is the interior as I want it to feel like home. This place did not disappoint! It had plenty of space for my family of three. My daughter even ended up sleeping on the oversized bed swing one night. The only down side of this unit was that there is no closet space. However there were multiple wall hangers where I could hang all of my clothes. We were within a short distance to downtown Savannah and other areas.

Adorable Cottage

This house is just as cute in person as the listing. It is small, but such a great, quiet location to North Beach and an easy walk or cart ride to all the best Tybee has to offer.

Best Place on Tybee

The cottage - a beautiful, hip, and relaxing venue - is the best place we have ever stayed on Tybee. The spacious setting, private rooms, and outdoor spaces enabled gathering and private time in equal measure. The host was amazing - available, flexible, and clear - and we also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and little extras (e.g. charcoal) provided by the host. Thank you for the perfect late summer family getaway!!

Beautiful cottage!

This was a very cute, clean cottage. We really enjoyed our stay! Other than needing more toilet paper and paper towels and kitchen items it was great! We would definitely stay here again!! Check in was very easy and it’s in a great location!

I needed a short sabbatical from my life and this place and the beach gave me my ability to recenter my life and focus. The place is beyond what I expected. Very clean, beautiful details, great location and I stayed at the house and ordered food to go . Will be back next year!

Super Cute and Cozy

This is an adorable cottage walking distance to North Beach, and a golf cart ride away from other beaches. We loved the bed swing and enclosed porch. The beach chairs, beach towels and outdoor shower was an added bonus. We would have liked an umbrella for the beach, but you can pick up an inexpensive one to use for your stay nearby.

Quaint Cottage

Having stayed at Cottage on the Green B before, I knew it would be the perfect my grandchildren’s first visit to the ocean! Love its walkable proximity to the adjacent park, lighthouse, marine museum and North Beach access. The cottage is just like it’s pictured in the write up! Comfortable furnishings with unique decor. Appreciate that the owner thinks to supply the basics as well as beach towels and chairs. Next time coming to Tybee I’d choose this cottage again!

We had a hiccup wirh parking when we first arrived. I was able to contact our host easily. The host resolved the issue quickly. The house itself is fabulous.

My daughter and her family live in Savannah and we vacationed on Tybee Island for several years. After staying in this location on the island, I knew this is where I wanted to invest. I am so glad to have found this historical building.

When I saw this cottage right on a park, I was smitten right then. I knew immediately without even going inside that this was the one for me. The location by the park and so close to the beach make this the perfect spot.
