Nestled in the living room's corner is a convenient desk equipped with a charging station. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, bathed in natural light pouring through two sets of sliding glass doors leading to a screened-in patio. This outdoor space features decorative lighting, an overhead fan, and a picturesque view of the golf course, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. Furnished with comfortable seating, it quickly becomes a favorite hangout spot.
The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a coffee/tea bar, ice machine, and crockpot for added convenience. The kitchen island, adorned with Quartz counters and two barstools, complements the dining table, comfortably seating four.
