You can't go wrong with this beautiful home. This 2 bed / 2 bath home sleeps 4 comfortably. The floor plan is an open-concept living - kitchen - dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds.

You are sitting beachside, literally walking out the door and onto the sand. This home is in a perfect location, not too far away from town but not in the middle of all the traffic. You are only 11 miles from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn, 14 miles from Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier, and 16 miles from the Historic Strand District and all of the shopping and dining that it is known for. You are within walking distance of one of the only grocery stores on the West End and a great takeout restaurant. Added bonus, our guests have access to The West End Gym during their stay.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 4 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
