Perfect for escaping winter or enjoying a well-deserved break. Lounge by our heated western facing pool, walk or bike to nearby beaches, restaurants, and Mackle Park or watch the sunset on the back patio. Inland location makes it 1-1.5 miles to any activity. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing even though you are close to everything.

The master bedroom opens to the pool; a second bedroom has a queen bed; a third bedroom/home office with a Murphy bed offers flexibility. Ideal for couples/small families of 4. We include 4 bikes for exploring.

Pool area is enclosed by a screen lanai. It features a western-facing, heated pool with water feature, covered seating area and a 6-person dining area with an umbrella along with a Weber Grill. Quiet, relaxing space to enjoy reading a book in the morning, lounging in the pool in the afternoon or drinking a cocktail in the evening.

Inside there is an eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or tea. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep and serving.

There is also a 6-person formal dining space connected to the living room. The living room has a relaxing leather recliner and couch. Perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV, walk-in closet, dresser and an on-suite full bathroom. It opens to the pool. It is a split floor plan and is on the opposite side of the house from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and SmartTV.

3rd bedroom has a full size Murphy bed, desk and closet. It can be a flexible space for sleeping, working or exercise. Also includes a SmartTV. For additional sleeping space, we offer a twin cot and foam mattress perfect for a child under 13.

There is a 2 car garage with many beach items--including waterproof beach blanket and backpack cooler. The laundry is conveniently located in the garage.

Each guest will receive a start kit with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent and dish soap. Bathrooms have hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Primary bedroom has hair dryer with diffuser.

4 guest bikes are available for use. There are 2 adult size and 2 tween sizes (24”). There are 2 bike locks and kids helmets.
