Profitez de tout ce que Marco Beach a à offrir dans cette maison unifamiliale entièrement rénovée (2019), magnifiquement entretenue, propre et confortable. Acheté en novembre 2013, tous les nouveaux meubles, literie, serviettes, peinture fraîche partout. Lit King dans le maître, lit double avec un lit gigogne simple dans la 2ème chambre, 2 canapés-lits queen. 2 télévisions à écran plat. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le garage, 2 vélos adultes, La maison a une belle taille lani, un bec de douche véranda, une piscine et un coin salon. Piscine chaufee. Sortez directement sur votre jetée privée et ascenseur à bateaux. Louez un bateau à Marco Marina ou apportez le vôtre. N'hésitez pas à faire du kayak ou à pêcher juste à côté de la jetée. La plage de la résidence est à seulement 1/2 mile de cette maison. Vous pouvez acheter un laissez-passer annuel pour 140 $ pour l'année. Ou marchez jusqu'à la plage publique qui n'est qu'à 1 mille de marche.

The house is very closed to everything restaurants, beach it provides alot of chairs umbrella and bicycles, house is beautiful and super clean bed so comfy and Marietta is an excellent host she was always available .

Marietta was easy to communicate with. The house is centrally located to the best areas on Marco for restaurants, nightlife, etc.

Beautiful Property on Canal with Pool

We really loved this property located in Marco Island. The house was exactly as described. It was wonderful being able to bring our dog along since this property is pet friendly. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The property is really close to restaurants and other activities. You could rent a golf cart to get around if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with friends on a girls trip. Home is exactly as pictured, ample space, clean and had everything to accommodate our stay. Pool and its surroundings was clean and we enjoyed it, made for relaxing early mornings and evenings. Plenty of lounge & sitting chairs to accommodate many people while outside enjoying the pool and view. All the furniture is comfortable. The home is modernly styled and nicely decorated. Lovely neighborhood. Marietta communicated promptly and answered all questions. Kitchen was fully stocked, they thought of everything! Lots of towels; the 3 beds we used were very comfortable. I must say, this home had everything and more. Definitely impressed with this home! My friend rebooked it to return with her husband for her birthday weekend in September. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home in Marco island.

Great stay and the location was just perfect. The home was 5 minutes from the beach. The Property had everything we needed such as beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella. The home and pool were very clean. I would recommend this house 100%.

Great Property

My family loved this property. The house is located on a quiet street. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. My kids loved the pool. Perfect temperature and very clean. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and even saw dolphins. They also have everything you need for going to the beach. We had an amazing stay and hope to return soon!

Great property in Marco Island!

My husband and I stayed here for a week long vacation. It was an updated house, great pool, and had a water view. The location was also perfect on the island. The owner was great with communication if I had any questions. We would definitely stay at this location again for our annual Marco Island trip!

Gorgeous pool home

Our stay was a last minute booking and we were so glad that this beautiful home was available. The house was immaculate and the pool was refreshing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. If you're looking for a vacation rental in Marco Island, look no further.

A really nice property in Marco Island

We really loved this property for our weekend stay on Marco Island, it was very well decorated and supplied and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is close to everything on the island and is located on the waterway which was great to have our morning coffee. Only complaint was the stains on the sectional, looked like a previous renter spilled something on the couch and tried to clean. We put blankets on the couch and all was well. The owner was very responsive to requests and questions and was great to work with. It was a very nice stay on Marco Island.

The house was recently renovated with high end appliances and new windows which fixed a previously mentioned problem with the air conditioner. The house was cool and comfortable despite very hot days. The pool was great with a very welcoming lanai area.

Lovely home and fabulous pool

The home is lovely, well appointed and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was top- notch and very well organized. TV and wifi great. Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood quiet. Good communication with owner. We really enjoyed Marco off season.

Marco Island Stay

The house was clean and pictures were accurate. The A/C was not up to par for South Florida summer weather and the house needed some TLC, but was good for the most part. We had an 11am check out and the cleaning person was there at 11:05. So, if you stay here, be sure and be ready to be out before 11am. Also, sprinklers were set to come on in the late afternoon, so it made coming or going at that time a little difficult. All in all, the home was as advertised.

Great House and Great Location But Air Conditioning Not Great

This house was beautiful and in a great location! It was stocked with everything that you could need including a steamer, beach chairs, kitchen tools, and plenty of toiletries. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here! The only downside to this house was that the air conditioning was not efficient. It consistently struggled to keep up with the 85 - 90 degree weather with temps in the house at 75 - 77 degrees. It did try to cool down at night, but the master bedroom never caught up. The owner did have a fan dropped off, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep in. I would not stay here again due to this as I am very sensitive to warm temps when trying to sleep.
