Welcome to Firefly Springs at Eagles Nest!
Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this seven-bedroom, six-bath high-end mountain home offers a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. The main level's open floor plan showcases a living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a dining area with a stylish table overlooking breathtaking mountain views, and a well-stocked kitchen with a convenient island. Large windows throughout the space invite the outdoors in, providing an immersive experience of the surrounding landscape.
The main level hosts three king ensuites, each with its private deck access, allowing guests to wake up to stunning mountain vistas and enjoy the crisp alpine air. The well-appointed living room, adjacent to the dining area, serves as a warm gathering spot, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and an inviting island, caters to both culinary enthusiasts and casual snackers alike.
Descending to the lower level, discover two more king ensuites with deck access, offering a serene retreat for guests. An additional king bedroom and a bunk room, featuring two queen over queen bunks, provide ample accommodation options for larger groups. The lower level also boasts a game room complete with a large-screen TV, seating, pool table, air hockey, and a second kitchen, creating an entertainment hub for lively gatherings and relaxation.
This pet-friendly mountain retreat welcomes up to two dogs, allowing furry companions to join in on the alpine experience. The main and lower-level decks, complete with gas fireplaces, provide serene outdoor spaces for both human and canine guests to enjoy.
As day turns to night, the living room's gas fireplace casts a warm glow, creating a cozy atmosphere that enhances the overall sense of luxury. With its meticulous design and attention to detail, this high-end mountain home is more than just a home; it's a sanctuary where the comforts of home harmonize with the beauty of the mountains, offering an unforgettable retreat experience for all.
Located directly between Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community. In the summer time, enjoy a nice hike right from your door step! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone! Beech Mountain is a short drive away using the back gate of Eagles Nest.
While enjoying your stay at Firefly Springs, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- The exterior of the home is monitored by a doorbell ring security camera. No cameras are pointed towards any interiors or the hot tub.
- This home allows up to 2 mature dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- AWD/4WD vehicles are required for our mountain homes during winter for inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary to access the property. The driveway is gravel and slightly downhill as it approaches the home. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
