We absolutely loved our stay - the layout was excellent and it suited our group perfectly. The highlight was the fantastic backyard — which was perfect for relaxing outdoors. The home was clean, well-stocked and located in a wonderful neighborhood with quick access to everything. Our host was highly responsive and check-in was completely seamless!!

Great amazing stay especially if u have teenagers or young adults stuff to do inside and out. HOST also is amazing, friendly, communication was detailed and easy to go back and forth with they were very attentive to whatever we needed.

We were in town for a four day swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, this was a very convenient location. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The game room looked great, we didn’t have time to use it this time. Backyard is also nicely set up to enjoy some time outside. We’ll definitely check for this one next time we’re in town for a meet!

House was in a great location, close to downtown but easy to get to highway for hiking adventures. Game room and outdoor area were excellent, nice separate spaces for gathering.

Such a great weekend! The property was clean and had many activities to do at the property alone! The beds were comfortable and the host made the whole process easy!

Great house for event at coliseum

The house was perfect for me and my teenage kids when we were in Greensboro for a concert. The "game" room was a neat hangout and good place for the girls to get ready. The location was super convenient.

Great House and Above Expectations

The house was great and clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities I expected and more. Comfortable beds, cozy linens. well stocked kitchen, with coffee, soaps and all kinds of cleaning supplies for the dishes. Plenty of towels Great place to stay. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for the great house.

Cute & convenient

Host was extremely responsive. The location was super convenient to a soccer tournament we were in town for. My teenager really loved the game room. We also loved being able to bring our small dogs along. Would def recommend!

Great for kids spanning multiple ages

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Ashley and Audrey’s place. The house was within walking distance of an event we attended over several days at the GAC and the on site games let us feel that we didn’t have to constantly seek out other entertainment during our off hours. We made some great memories together playing pool, foosball, and air hockey.

The location to downtown was great for us and what all we were wanting to do. Our impression was that the listing wasn’t quite as described/pictured. The game room isn’t connected easily to the main house, you have to walk around through outside to get to it, which didn’t vibe super well with the ease of togetherness we were going for. And for parents of little ones, I cannot imagine this would be ideal. The game room definitely needs a deep clean and countless blinds throughout the house are broken and just hanging there in pieces. We also saw countless spiders in the house and had to rewash all the dishes due to leftover food grime. It just gave it a weird, disappointing feel and didn’t seem to match the property pictures well. There is no Nintendo game system as pictured. We had to hunt for extra sheets as they were not where we were told they would be. It was a bit of a disappointment overall but for what we needed it for, we were ok with it. It’s definitely not as clean as pictured and the house is in need of several repairs…some moldy/discolored ceiling spots in bathroom definitely need addressing.The beds were comfy and the house stayed nice and cool in the heat. The kids enjoyed playing pool and the arcade games. I don’t think I would have been open to paying as much as we did had we had a more accurate picture. The host was responsive before and during check in and when we asked about the lack of Nintendo system, but no compensation was offered.

Fabulous Cottage!

My husband and I had to visit Greensboro unexpectedly over the Christmas holiday due to a family emergency. This cottage was the perfect accommodation and respite from the family events. The cottage was very roomy and immaculate in cleanliness, and very homey! The game room was a wonderful addition that helped us take our minds off everything. There was a bunch of little extras and incidentals that were very thoughtful. The porch was so nice in the morning and the back yard was huge and would be fabulous in warmer weather. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. We were also close to everything in Greensboro, I could not believe how close we were to everything! I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Greensboro NC and we will absolutely stay again when we are in the area!

Overall good experience cleaning was only issue.

The fridge was messed up in the kitchen and there were cigars on the screened in porch. There were also cigars in the back yard, along with chicken legs, hotdogs, and hamburgers scattered everywhere. Someone had a cook out back there and just carelessly threw the leftovers out. There were also dirty shot glasses hidden under the couch and tables. But overall, it was a good experience.
