We were in Catonsville to move our son up there for college. This was a great house in a nice family friendly residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors out walking their dogs to the park close by. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Yangchen is a great host and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house but could use some upkeep : care for the yard, new chairs for porch and backyard for relaxing - things like that. We were there for my son’s wedding and overall the house worked for us. It’s a smaller house, but I would recommend using. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house ourselves.

Hi Mary, thank you so much for the feedback and i am so glad you found the house nice. Regarding your feedback, we will work on improving the chairs on the porch. The backyard grass is cut every two weeks and our lawn guy was just going to cut, but i told him to come back after you had left, as i really didn't want to disturb you. Regardless, we will make sure to address your feedback.

Very nice house that comfortably accommodated five adults and two dogs. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. Good sized, fenced-in, back yard was perfect for barbecuing. Great water pressure throughout the house.

Convenient Location and Exactly as Listed

Great location with easy access to DC and Baltimore. Great for a group of friends or a family (or both!) Host was very accessible and very quick to respond and very helpful! The back yard is fenced in for privacy and pet friendly. We had a lovely stay!

I stay at 6 or 7 short-term rentals each year. Value-for-money, this is top 3 I've stayed in. All listed amenities were there. The house was in very good condition. The neighborhood was suburban and quiet but still only a 13min drive to the convention center.

Host was gracious and very communicative. The location was excellent for our activities. Neighborhood felt safe. Great yard for dogs. Good onsite parking. Home could use a little interior cosmetic upkeep. Lower level was a bit chilly. Extra blankets would have been nice. Kitchen could use a drain stopper and new pans.

Les points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Would not recommend. The listing doesn't reflect the current condition or sketchy area surrounding the home. I rented this for.my elderly parents. The lock box would not open upon arrival just before dark. The owner didnt respond for over an hour so my parents left due to not feeling safe in the area at dark. Additionally the property did not look maintained at all with overgrown weeds coming through the porch and stairs, deteriorating boards on the porch, flimsy/unusable patio furniture on the deck and a huge pile of trash in the back yard that was advertised for relaxing and containing pets. The owner has refused to provide any type of refund and vrbo isn't helping by saying its the owners choice.

This is clearly retaliation for not getting refund. We do not agree with any of your false claims about our house. Our past reviews from guest who have stayed can attest to it. How can I give refund when you are asking to cancel on the day of check in. We follow our refund policy. You told us that AC in your parents RV broke down when you booked and may be that got fixed and so you didn’t have to stay. There was nothing wrong with the lockbox. You could have texted us if you are genuinely facing a problem. You needed an excuse and I know that the lockbox issue was fabricated.

OUR STAY

House was as described on VRBO clean, beds were comfortable. Only issue was never received the code to the door so had to call owners to get the code. They did apologize for the inconvenience and gave us the code. Besides that everything else was good.

Nice place

Nice place to stay for easy access to Baltimore without having to worry about any sketchy stuff. The roads are a little tight for dog walking, and traffic can pick up at rush hour for some reason. But there’s a large playground/ballfield/pitch about 2 blocks away that is very easy to walk to. You can’t beat the location with quick access to restaurants/stores and 695/40. The driveway is a little short for two cars if someone comes by, but I think that’s an easy fix for the host. The host was absolutely great before, during, and at checkout.

Thanksgiving With Family

ARvl/chk-in was super easy. The house was clean and ready for arvl. The property mgr came and ensured the garbage & recycling was taken to the street on the appro day to make sure it did not accumulate. We had a large group (11 incl the baby) but the house was comfortable. Easy drive to both downtown/Inner Harbor and super easy to Ellicott City! The only constructive crit...there is a big table in the small kitchen...kind of more in the way than helpful. I'd rec a smaller table...6 or even 4. But in all...totally recommend this house!!!

This place was great for my group. The price was super reasonable the neighborhood was nice. The basement bedroom was huge and private. If you are a fan of good water pressure this place is 10/10. The host was flexible to giving me an early check in which I was very grateful for. I have absolutely no complaints about this house. I would for sure stay here again.
