This 2 bed 2 bath home is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, work-from-home alternative or cozy home base while exploring everything Scottsdale has to offer. Relax in the nearby community pool, walk to nearby nightlife, restaurants and farmers markets, and explore the famous Scottsdale greenbelt path, where you can enjoy lakes, biking paths and golf courses. This house is set in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that’s just close enough to Old Town that you’re walking distance from all the fun, but far enough removed that you’re able to relax and decompress.

This recently-remodeled Scottsdale retreat has been lovingly maintained and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious patio. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults.

The main bedroom has one king bed, one twin bed, an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a cozy queen bed and black-out shutters, and the adjoining bathroom has a tub perfect for children. A queen air mattress is available and can be used in the living room, and a Pack ‘n Play is available for young children to use. Both bedrooms have adjustable/standing desks and extra monitors that make for perfect work-from-home setups.

The living room has a Smart TV with a Roku hook-up and YoutubeTV included. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for gourmet meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on us! A Keurig coffee maker and K-Cups are provided. Outside, enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings under the lights on your own private patio. The backyard also includes a grill and a grassy space that’s perfect for a game of cornhole. This is the only vacation rental in the neighborhood that doesn’t back up to another house, giving you maximum backyard privacy!

There is a 2 car garage for guest use. The washer and dryer are available in the garage. You’ll be a 30 second walk from the beautiful community pool, hot tub and community center, which includes saunas, a pool table and a ping pong table.

Absolutely NO house parties allowed. We have close neighbors who we very much respect and neighborhood noise ordinances to follow. We want you to enjoy your stay while respecting our family-friendly neighborhood.
