Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in this cute house close to the main area of Manzanita; great backyard with dining table and fire pit. Remodeled kitchen had literally everything you could need for cooking. King bed in main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Five adults sharing one bathroom was a challenge, but comes with a house this age. All in all, a great place to enjoy the beach.

We were hoping for a little earlier checkin, worked with property manager who said she would contact me to let me know and we never heard a word, which was a bit disappointing. Also lack of laundry supplies - just an fyi. The price paid was not completely in line with the amenities.

Nan, We are sorry we were not able to give you an early check in. We let guests know that IF it is available before 4pm that we will contact them otherwise they can self check in at 4pm. We apologize if that was not clear. The laundry soap was in the house but they are in sheets so guests can be confused if they have never seen washer laundry washer sheets instead of liquid or pods. These laundry sheets are eco friendly so we use them to cut down on all the plastic out there. We are always available to chat or talk to if you can't find something or the house is missing something.

The beds were super comfortable, kitchen clean with everything we needed, and the side yard was private with a great umbrella covered table for eating and fire pit. Some wall hooks/pegs would be great for hanging bath towels or clothes in the bedrooms. We would love to return for another week!
