This unit has been thoughtfully designed and features two cozy bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. A security camera is located indoors on each floor of the building. They are located only in common areas including the gym/laundry room. Exterior security cameras are located on each corner of the building. Cameras facing back of property include capturing outdoor hot tub area and yard.

An additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay. Fee will be sent after booking and cleaning will be scheduled during stay.
