Immaculate and spacious ranch in Grand Blanc, perfect to accommodate any occasion and trip! Located just north of Fenton and central to anything you may be visiting for - Wedding venues, Ascension Genesys hospital, Flint FNT airport, and amazing Fenton restaurants! Unbelievably clean inside and out - all furniture and furnishings top-of-the line and brand new. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal for all your family and friends. 3 bedrooms with two king beds, one queen, and an additional queen pull-out sofa to comfortably sleep 8. Two full bathrooms; one main and one attached to the primary bedroom. Two decks overlook the beautiful, sprawling backyard for your outside enjoyment and relaxation. Backyard is secure and fully fenced - we are pet-friendly! Electric Vehicle (EV) NEMA 14-50 plug in the garage, just bring your portable EV charging cable!

Great family spot for a visit

The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for us to stay for 6 days while visiting family in the Grand Blanc area. We appreciated the kitchen facilities and the amount of space for our family. The beds were comfortable and it was easy for us to navigate the area. It was an extra bonus to watch a thunderstorm through the big patio sliders in the living room!

Family meet up spot

The property is beautiful. The home is super clean and has everything you need for your stay of days or weeks. Ryan, the contact person, was super responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable, 2 living spaces which are big and family friendly, the gas fireplace was so cozy. I can't say enough good things about this experience. If you get the chance, rent this place!

Grand Blanc Stay

We had a great time, the house was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The host was great and quick to answer any questions. The location was easy to get around to all the different towns. I would highly recommend his property.

Great stay in clean home.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. Consistently clean home, great condition, quiet neighbor hood, and fenced yard for the dog. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice decks and back yard.

Great Home near Grand Blanc!

This house was fantastic for our group of six visiting for the weekend! The home was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for more people if needed. Each bedroom had a large bed, which were very comfortable and had nice linens, and ample closet space. Bathrooms were a bit outdated, but still clean and kept up. The pictures were very accurate of the house. Ryan was easy to work with and communicated well Our group would definitely stay here again when we return!

Property was very clean, well stocked close to where we needed to go. Only complaint is that the master shower is very small. We are tall people at 6’ & 6’2”. Would definitely stay there again!!

GB Stay-September

We have stayed at many VRBO’s around the country & this rental was excellent. I cannot find one thing that was substandard. The linens were plush, kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silver (they all match), pots & pans, etc that were like brand new. Cupboards were neat & tidy. Plenty of paper products. Appliances were all relatively new. Furniture was very comfortable & the outside property was very well maintained. I could go on but I am sure you get the idea, a must rent if you are in the area. It definitely is our number 1 rental.

Grand Blanc Retreat

We came to town for my son's wedding. It was important to him to have his dog in the wedding. So we needed to find a place that allowed for dogs and had a place for her to run. This fit the bill and allowed us to have my son's siblings and souses all in the same location. It was wonderful! Ryan was very cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend this place and thank Ryan for all his help!

Perfect house to our needs

The house was great for 6 adults and our 2 dogs! We didn't get to take advantage of the yard and deck as much as we had hoped due to rain, but it was still great to have a place to get outside when we could. Everything was well done in the house - very clean, amazing kitchen area and nicely furnished. Communication with Ryan was perfect! Definitely would stay again.

Clean and neat. Inside had new kitchen appliances. Ryan had the house well stocked with coffee, toilet paper and kitchen houseware. 2 living rooms was nice, quiet neighborhood. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions. Had a great stay and would stay again next time in area.

Can’t wait to return

Definitely a 5 star stay! Had all the amenities of home plus some! Loved how clean the place was and the space to relax and unwind in the backyard to watch the bunnies and cardinals! The kitchen is packed with all you need to fix a meal for the family and the coffee set up is better than any hotel offers. Able to keep the rental car in the garage too. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors! Bedding is so comfortable was hard to get up in the morning! Great stay can’t wait to return! Ryan is a fabulous host and really anticipated our vacation needs! Close to Fenton and Grand Blanc for great restaurants too.

Excellent Stay

This was the perfect house for our trip to Grand Blanc. We had a wedding reception at the Fenton Winery and Brewery. It was only about a 5 minute drive. The house was spotless and everything was just as shown in the images. Ryan was very quick with any questions we had. We will stay here the next time we are in the area if its available.

Great Experience!

Really nice rental! We were in the area for a family memorial service so did not have time to use the backyard or do any cooking but everything seemed well stocked with the exception of no bath soap in showers. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.
