Additionally, if you are bringing a pet, you will need to add the pet where you enter the number of guests for your reservation so the $50 pet fee is added. Pet fee will be shown in the host fees section. Failure to add your pet prior to booking will result in an additional charge being sent to you after booking.

An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay. Fee will be sent after booking and cleaning will be scheduled during stay.
