We understand that the check-in process can feel a bit involved since VRBO, our access system, and our team each send important information to ensure a smooth arrival. Regarding the DOOR app, we'd like to clarify that you don't need to select each door individually. Once the app is set up, you can simply hold your phone near the lock, and it will automatically recognize and unlock the appropriate door. We appreciate your comments, as they help us identify where we can better explain the process for future guests. We're sorry to hear that noise from the unit above affected your stay. While we responded as quickly as possible, we understand how disruptive excessive noise can be. We also appreciate you bringing the lighting issue to our attention. We'll have our team inspect the remote-controlled lighting system to ensure it's functioning properly and not experiencing signal interference.
