Welcome to this family friendly NYC apartment in Middle Village (Queens) NY. Located on a quiet street with free designated and street parking (rare) and well maintained Juniper Valley Park steps away. Walk through the front patio that offers outdoor sofa, chairs, bbq grill, and fire pit, up one flight of stairs to the your private bright and open apartment with one queen bedroom, one full Murphy bed and privacy shades in the living room, desk areas in both bedroom and living room, eat-in-kitchen, and bathroom with tub/shower.
We welcome families and provide a Pack n play with bassinet and changing station, baby gate, table chair for those traveling with an infant and/or toddlers.
This beautiful apartment is our home where we live with our two cats. Keep that in mind especially for anyone with allergy concerns. You will have your own closet space, and we will tuck our personal items away for your stay.
Guest access:
As you come in the main front door, your private entrance to the apartment is just through the foyer (2f black door). You will have the entire second floor apartment to yourselves, as well as the front patio, and 1 designated parking space (rare find) located in the back drive/alley of the house. Self check-in with lockbox.

This is a Non Smoking property.
We encourage our guests to remove shoes before entering apartment.
No parties. If you intend on entertaining more than your booked number of guests, please notify us.
