So glad you had a wonderful vacation. I checked the lights and they are working. Maintenance may have replaced the bulb after you left? As for the beds, I am sorry they were too “mushy” for you. We upgraded to a new thicker pillow top this season. It is so difficult to find a mattress that everyone likes. This is our home and we do sleep on these beds and find them quite comfortable. I have back issues and I am very comfortable there. I hate that they weren’t adequate for your taste. Thank you so much for your feedback.

I am sorry you felt the bunks were uncomfortable. I haven’t had any complaints and I personally did not find them uncomfortable. The cooking sheets are usually in the drawer under the oven, however they may have been moved by another guest. I realize that things get moved around and there are a lot of cabinets to look in. I was there 2 weeks ago and there were several cooking sheets. I do appreciate your input. I have a large vehicle (Yukon XL) and do not find the parking spots awkward, but everyone is different. Glad you liked the easy access to the beach. Hope you had a wonderful time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful view, found the kitchen well stocked, and slept comfortably during your stay. We appreciate you mentioning the sliding glass door. Oceanfront sliding doors are heavier by design to withstand the coastal environment. While they do require a firmer push than a standard patio door, we will inspect it and apply silicone lubricant if needed to ensure it continues operating as intended. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience with the bedroom TV. All five TVs in the condo, including that one, were tested and confirmed to be working prior to your arrival. We received your call after 9:00 p.m., and maintenance was at the unit first thing the next morning. Once it was determined the TV had unexpectedly failed, we immediately ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, because the unit required replacement rather than repair, we were unable to have the new TV installed before your departure. Regarding the cookware, the kitchen is equipped primarily with stainless steel cookware, along with several nonstick skillets. Stainless steel cooks differently than nonstick, and cooking sprays such as Pam are generally not intended to prevent sticking on stainless steel surfaces. We appreciate the feedback and will continue evaluating the kitchen inventory to ensure it meets our guests’ expectations.
