Très bien situé à distance de marche de la plage de Scarborough et un court entraînement 3 miles de Narragansett, Roger Wheeler / Sand Hill Cove et Block Island Ferry! Idéalement situé pour toutes les commodités de la région et amusant! Belle cour, beaucoup de stationnement et de la prime véranda et terrasse pour traîner après une belle journée à la plage. Open plan d'étage pour se divertir, douche extérieure et plus encore. Cette propriété a été récemment rénové et comprend de nouveaux meubles et revêtements de sol, de la climatisation centrale et tous les nouveaux appareils!

Great vacation home!
Good home for families visiting the beach. 2 minute car ride to Scarborough state beach. Kitchen is great set up for families wit young children. As well as living bing areas inside and out. Outside bathroom is amazing and yes it’s a whole bathroom not just a shower! Communication with owner was excellent. She responds quickly and addresses concerns.

Great Location/Great House
This was our Second time staying at this property. The exterior had since been updated and looks great. Spacious enough for 4 people and 2 dogs. We will be back next year!

Comfortable and close to beach
Enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach was in walking distance. Nice ocean breeze on wrap around deck. Really enjoyed sun porch. House is well equipped and maintained.

Narragansett/Scarborough Beach
This updated property is walking distance to Scarborough beach and provides easy access to both Narragansett and Point Judith. Central air, a large 3 season room and spacious (and I mean spacious) deck makes for a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. Lori is a very accommodating host.

Amazing House and Location!
Overall this house is amazing. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. The AC is a bonus! All the amenities were great. The only thing to be aware of is that it's a shared yard, but worth it. An amazing 5 min walk to the beach. The owner was fantastic and always quick to reply. Look forward to returning!

Perfect beach house
We loved our stay. Our family rents houses in the area every summer and we will definitely be staying here again. The outdoor shower and deck were a wonderful luxury that everyone including our 3 year old enjoyed daily.
There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived and Lori was very responsive and offered solutions until it was up and running again. Very appreciative of her quick replies.

Great rental, really enjoyed
This rental was perfect for our family of 4 adults, one toddler and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone, nice open layout of kitchen, living room and sunroom. There were towels, sheets, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great decks, grill and outdoor shower. Short walk to beach 🏖️. Lori was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Very clean, comfortable home and throughly enjoyed our stay

House was perfect for our get together. It was raining so we couldn ’t use the fantastic deck, but the sunroom, and open kitchen worked out just fine. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house really needs a bit of TLC. Lori was very quick to answer any questions we had!

nice beach house
I thought the house was great! I wish the weather was better so we could of used the deck nd outdoor funiture more. My only complaint was the shower stall in the bathroom. It looks stained and old. I think the cleaning people may have missed it. Lori was a great host and answer all of our questions. I hope to stay there again.

Yea the bathroom is stained — one of my summer guests decided to dye their hair and it permanently stained the tub!!! It is scheduled to be redone this year
Also — I added an outdoor bathroom which is lovely — and will augment the one inside — hope you will return to see it soon!!!

Great Stay in Narragansett
Great stay! Kitchen well stocked, lovely outdoor shower, and beach equipment provided. The house is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the three season room and large expansive deck.
To improve: A welcome book of some sort that explains the ins and outs of the house/area. The house needs some finishing touches on the recent renovations. There were holes still visible in the bathroom, overall the home could use a good deep clean and fresh coat of paint.
However, negatives did not deter from our vacation and we had a great week exploring Narragansett and surrounding areas.

I do know of the hole in the bathroom from the door hitting the wall- the cleaners made me aware of that
The home was painted in June 2021- bath was remodeled in Dec 2021 and painted at that time. The home was deep cleaned in June 2022 and I regret it did not meet your expectations and I will be having the cleaners in for another deep cleaning after the summer rental season.
Thank you for staying and leaving the home immaculate. As I stated in the email the cleaners were very impressed and grateful.

Perfect home, wonderful location!
Seamless experience! Check in was easy, communication with property owner was superb, the home is clean/well stocked/beautifully furnished, the location is perfect!
Our group included two adults and two kids (ages 5 & 6). We had everything we needed. The yard and deck were amazing! Huge and spacious, perfect for playing and meals.
We easily traveled to all local beaches, into the town of Newport, to Jamestown, and to Providence. The location of the home can’t be beat.
The nice perks of the home included the well stocked linens for beds/kitchen towels/hand towels in the bathroom. Also, we appreciated the bathroom rugs as well. The air conditioner worked well. All appliances worked perfectly.
I clean properties myself when I arrive for a rental and this home was very clean, no complaints there.
We will be back! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for our vacation!

Lori was great!
Love the location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to private beach. Short walk to playground/park. Loved the 3 season porch and large deck. Property could use a little tlc. For example, new cushions on deck furniture.
Had a minor issue with toilet Lori was great! Responded quickly and resolved the problem the same day.
I had a problem reading the numbers on the keypad for entry. For some reason I could not see any numbers. Others had the same issue. My daughter could see them but said they were very light. We never used the keypad, using the key instead.
Would advise getting a new cleaning company. Stainless appliances were not clean. Walls adjacent to stove greasy. Could use a deeper clean.
All and all we liked the property and had a great stay.

Hi Judy! I am so sorry the key pad was difficult to read. The sun hits it and it is digital so I am glad the keys worked for you! I hear you and am having the key pad replaced to something more low tech.
As far as the grease is concerned-- I am so sorry the property did not meet your expectations in this regard and the entire house was deep cleaned prior to your arrival and I didn't catch that so thank you for the feedback.
In terms of the stainless, they were cleaned but they have some stains due to the salt water air and I don't think they will ever be 'perfect' and I will put it on the list for replacement-- Not sure the cleaners could have done more I think it is just the appliances.
I am also very sorry you did not like the outdoor furniture-- I have looked for new ones -- it is difficult to find the right shape and folks do not bring them in so they don't always last long!
Again, accept my apologies for all the imperfections. I will work harder to make things better.

Everything we wanted in a beach house
I had four things on my list for a perfect beach house: 1) must have AC; 2) must be walking distance to beach; and ideally 3) a "cute" look inside and 4) a screen porch. With Lori's house I was thrilled to find everything! We truly enjoyed spending our week in Narragansett here. The beds and living space are all very comfortable, the kitchen is well outfitted for anything you want to prepare and the spacious deck and screen porch were lovely. It was the perfect size for our small group.
IMHO the only things that could make it even better would be a table on the porch where you could have a meal and, although there is some shade there in the afternoon, an umbrella on the deck would be great. But overall we loved the house and are very interested in returning next summer!

Great cozy house with awesome deck
We loved our stay here! Having a one floor house was perfect when traveling with little ones. Open floor plan was spacious and kitchen island was super handy and helpful. The deck was amazing. Wrap around with plenty of seating. Definitely a relaxing spot along with the sunroom. We were very pleased with the property and hope to stay again!
