Cette maison de 3 chambres avec beaucoup de stationnement hors rue est à deux pas de Scarborough State Beach dans le pittoresque Narragansett, RI. Profitez d'une vue panoramique depuis le pont avant au nord du pont de Newport et au sud du phare de Point Judith. La maison a seulement douze ans avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse.
Enregistrement le samedi après-midi / départ le samedi matin. Séjour minimum de 7 nuits.

See the ocean from your deck!!

What a wonderful stay we had once again!! Rich is the best host! He always goes above and beyond. I had asked Rich if there was a beach umbrella at the property. When we arrived, he had a brand new umbrella waiting for us. The location is fantastic, and the property is so comfortable. Thank you, Rich!! Tina, Steve and family

August 2024 stay

Second time staying in the house and not disappointed in any way. Excellent home, excellent people to talk to- very responsive. Location is great too. Love just walking back to the house after a day on the beach. We had 3 families, and the kids just love the house too. Plenty of room for everyone. The only thing we did this year was to bring cushions for the kitchen chairs, if you plan on sitting on them for a long time definitely helps. Just book for next year again! Can't Wait. Charlie

Best location and best house near Scarborough Beach

It was very clean. It had everything we needed to cook, clean, and entertain ourselves. I encourage anyone looking for a home away from home to stay here. The owner is so nice and will help you with anything you need.

Location is everything!

Beautiful home right across from Scarborough beach! My sisters and I had a wonderful stay and booked right away for next year! We had a cooler week so it was perfect to shut off the a/c and let the ocean breeze thru the house! Looking forward to going back! Thank you!

Wonderful location

Stayed with my spouse, 3 adult sons (2 of their spouses) and 2 grandchildren (19 months and 3 months). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to the beach we went frequently. Bearing able to see and hear the water from the house was fabulous. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner was quick to respond and address.

Wonderful location. The home and property were extremely clean. Great amenities. Rich and Lisa were extremely accommodating. My entire family had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to going back again next year.

Scarborough beach July 2022

This was the first time renting a place on Scarborough Beach and the whole family really enjoyed the house and the area. Rich and Lisa were terrific hosts- a few things came up but they handled them quickly and efficiently. The house was nicely laid out and you cannot beat the five minute walk to the beach! Will look forward to staying there again!

Best house across from the beach

This house is perfect for a vacation get away house. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. I've rented houses before and this is by far the best one . I highly recommend this beautiful home .

Great Beach House!

Enjoyed our stay in Narragansett this week. House in superb location right across the street from Scarborough State Park Beach. Great seeing the ocean from two house decks everyday. House was very comfortable for 7 people. Owners were great. Always available when needed. Definitely would rent this house again in the future.

Excellent location, comfortable accommodations and terrific host!

What a terrific beach house! There could not be a more perfect place to enjoy Scarborough beach and the surrounding Narragansett area. I cannot say enough superlatives about our hosts Rich and Lisa! They were accommodating and gracious in every way. We recommend the location, the accommodations and the hosts! As we packed for our upcoming holiday at Scarborough beach we were following closely the track of tropical storm Henri. With each item we checked off our packing list the news became ever more depressing. When we were finally packed and ready to depart it was reported that Henri was expected to gain strength to a category 1 hurricane and for the first time in over 30 years directly impact the Rhode Island and New England coastal areas. It was at this point we reached out to Rich and Lisa the owners of the Narragansett beach house where we were to spend the next week. Rich promptly called me back and was aware of the ominous forecast. He offered us the flexibility to cancel if we were concerned but assured us that the house would be a great place to witness the event in safety. Albeit power could be lost as the winds were expected to be strong enough to impact power lines. As you might have guessed- we decided to take a chance and we are glad we did! Although Henri gave us quite a show on the beach and we did lose power for about a day the rest of the trip has been perfect! Rich and Lisa checked on us throughout our stay and made us as comfortable as possible. They even brought over some tea lights and a lighter which came in handy when we lost power. During our stay we enjoyed the beach, Newport, Cliff Walk, Breakers mansion and the best seafood!! It was my wife and I alone for most of the trip but the house was roomy enough to accommodate my daughter and her friend when they joined us for a couple days! We all had a great vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to the beach - newly renovated home

We had a wonder time at the house - but you can tell that it is just a rental and not used by the owners often. The beds are not comfortable to sleep in and creaks every time you move - the couches have been around a while and need replacing. but the convenience to the beach was the best part and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Best place I've ever stayed!

The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. He even bought a Keurig for the house when I expressed concern about the type of coffee maker provided. The house was in great condition with a perfect location, beautiful view, and it had everything you need for a beach house stay. My family and I will definitely be back!

Super Stay!

As always….loved our time away. It’s a spectacular home (always spotless) with plenty of room for our family to meet and enjoy time together. Kids especially enjoyed watching bunnies in yard and in neighbors yards, too!! Looking forward to 2022!!

Steps to the beach

The house was super clean and well equipped with dishes and cookware as well as a propane grill. You can walk 150 yards to the Scarborough State Beach. Open concept kitchen-living area is great for family gatherings.

This property is stellar. Very happy with the place, the location and the owner. The only thing that would have made it better is if we'd had two weeks instead of one. Great value.
