Sunset Villa 22B offers a serene retreat in the desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin, where you will be greeted by tranquil lakefront views and lush palms, all while being just across the street from the ocean. Delight in beach life being just steps to the emerald gulf waters, a short walk or drive to local restaurants, and a hop, skip and jump to nearby shopping and attractions.

Located in the charming Destiny Beach Villas community, Sunset Villa 22B is the bottom unit of our two-level villa. The home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, ensuring your stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

🏖️ Steps to the Beach: Experience a slice of coastal paradise with direct access to the pristine powder white sands and sparkling emerald waters just across the street. Endless sun-soaked days and the ocean breeze are just moments away. Beach chairs with shoulder straps for easy carrying, a beach wagon, beach towels, and a small cooler are provided, so no need bring them from home!

🌊 Waterfront Living: Panoramic views of Four Prong Lake from the living area, creating the ultimate backdrop for rejuvenation from your day at the beach, or step onto the newly expanded covered back deck and watch the sunset each evening overlooking the lake.

🦀 Ideal Location, Stroll to Nearby Restaurants: Walk to the famous Crab Trap restaurant just across the street at the beach access, or Capt. Dave’s and Kenny D’s are a short 10 minute walk. Within a 5 minute drive you’ll find Publix, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, and more! Many of these popular spots can also be reached by golf cart!

🏊‍♀️ Heated Pool: Embrace the sparkling waters of our seasonally heated pool, perfectly located on the way to and from the beach. The pool is typically heated from November 1st through Easter, as weather and occupancy permit. The pool area also includes a rinse station to wash off sand before taking a dip as well as restrooms with showers.

🛏️ King Bedrooms with Front Porch Access: Unwind in style in the well appointed bedrooms, with plush, King size beds and cozy linens promising restful sleep. Both bedrooms have the added bonus of direct balcony access where you can greet the day with your morning coffee or listen to the ocean waves while enjoying the evening breeze. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room also provides room for additional guests.

🍽️ Renovated Kitchen: Indulge your inner chef in the fully renovated, thoughtfully equipped kitchen, complete with all the culinary essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of coffee and teas provided along with creamer and sugar!

🛁 Luxurious Bathrooms: Retreat to the beautifully renovated bathrooms, with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, and a glass-enclosed shower in the primary ensuite bathroom. The guest bathroom in the hallway provides a tub shower combo.

📶 Fast Wifi and Streaming: Stay connected and entertained with ultra fast Wifi speeds, ensuring you can effortlessly share your vacation memories. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the 55” Roku TV in the living room or slip off to the bedrooms where each room is also equipped with a wall mounted Roku TV.

🏡 All the Comforts of Home...You can pack light knowing we provide all the comforts of home, including:

While we do our best to keep all items stocked, we may run out of things from time to time. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you find something is missing and we will try our best to replenish it during your stay.

⛳ Sunset Villa Golf Cart: YES! You can experience your vacation without ever getting in the car! We have our very own Sunset Villa golf cart that can be added to your stay! Our cart comes with all the 'bells and whistles' including an LED light system and sound bar for endless fun! We are in a very cart friendly area and many places are just a short golf cart ride away. Note there is an additional cost to reserve the golf cart and the cart is available on a first come basis because we have two units, so inquire today if interested!



BOOKING INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES

Once your reservation is made, you will receive an email and/or platform message with a link to sign our renter agreement. Please note the renter agreement must be signed within 24 hours and your booking is not finalized until the agreement is completed and signed.

We require a refundable security deposit with every reservation. This will show up as a "hold" on the card you provide. The hold is released after departure if there are no issues or damages found.

Renter requirements – The person booking the reservation must meet the following requirements:

● Be at least 25 yrs of age
● Be present during the entire stay (no third-party bookings)
● Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID
● E-sign our rental agreement

House Rules – All guests must follow all house rules including, but not limited to:

● We do not accept any animals of any kind under any circumstances.
● Events or parties are prohibited. You may not exceed the number of people on your reservation.
● No smoking or vaping of any kind. All drugs or other illegal activities will be reported.
● We do not accept third party bookings. The person booking the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the reservation.
● The City of Destin has a noise ordinance and loud music or disturbances are prohibited during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am.

Parking – Your stay includes parking for up to two vehicles. Spaces are unassigned, and parking passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Passes must be completely filled out and clearly displayed in the windshield of each vehicle.

Please note, golf carts and other recreational vehicles will count towards the allotted parking spaces for your unit. Additionally, parking trailers, boats, or other watercraft is not allowed in our community parking lot.

Fishing – Fishing is not permitted in our lake. However, the lake is home to hundreds of turtles, and guests of all ages enjoy watching and feeding them—a fun and relaxing activity for the whole family!

Early Check In/Late Check Out – During our peak season from March through September we often have same day turnovers and are unable to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out.

Digital Guidebook – After booking you will receive a link to our Sunset Villa Digital Guidebook. The guidebook includes helpful information about our home, what we provide and what to bring from home, as well as restaurant recommendations, things to do, and much more!

Cameras - Our property has exterior video cameras that may cover the front, rear and/or entry side of the home for compliance verification and for the security of the property. The cameras are strictly for monitoring the exterior of the home and there are no views to the interior of the home.

Pricing – Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to booking your reservation. Our prices are adjusted daily to ensure we are competitively priced based on local demand, availability, and other factors. Prices may increase or decrease at any time to reflect these considerations. We encourage you to confirm your reservation to ensure you are able to book your dates at the current pricing.

Travel Insurance – We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance if there are any concerns that you may need to cancel your stay for any reason.
