Coral Breeze B (maison de style ranch au niveau du sol des unités A et B) est votre tout nouveau paradis. Chaque duplex de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain de cet adorable duplex comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances sur l'île. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative avec accès direct à votre patio tropical tiki et à une piscine privée chauffée. La 2ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et le salon dispose d'un fabuleux canapé-lit. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et toutes les commodités dont vous rêvez. Vous êtes à seulement 2 minutes à pied du magnifique golfe du Mexique où vous pouvez regarder de nombreux couchers de soleil à couper le souffle ou passer la journée à profiter du son des vagues. Voyez ce que l’Anna Maria Island a à offrir avec ses boutiques uniques et ses restaurants fantastiques, à pied ou en tram gratuit. Vous voudrez peut-être même réserver les deux côtés du duplex pour les réunions de famille ou les grands rassemblements où vous pourrez dormir jusqu'à 8 personnes, avec deux piscines et quatre chambres. Il y a une porte entre les zones de la piscine afin que vous puissiez facilement manœuvrer d'un côté à l'autre.

So helpful that they have a beach wagon, chairs, beach towels and umbrella for guests that fly in. An addition of grilling tools is needed and perhaps a small cooler for the beach but we made it work. We would definitely rent this unit again! Rental company was easy to work with and very friendly!!

This is the perfect beach cottage! It is clean and decorated perfectly! The covered back porch is a perfect place to sit on the occasional rainy day. The walk to the beach is short and easy. It was a nice surprise to have a beach wagon and chairs, since we usually rents those.

Highly recommended

This place was everything as described here -- and more. It was centrally located, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to Publix and various restaurants. Everything necessary to a comfortable stay was provided. The pool and the deck were beyond beautiful, and provided a wonderful place to hang out and relax. We spent a week here and feel we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

Spring Break - Holmes Beach!

When booking our spring break in Anna Maria, we look for a great location on the North end with a pool and close walk to beach. This house hits the mark! 1 block from beach, with heated pool! This 2 bedroom is the perfect home for a family of 4. The couches are a bit dated and not the most comfortable, beach equipment was quite old but got the job done and the head board in master bedroom was leaning on wall, not connected to bed. The walls in master bathroom could use a refresh, but all of those were minor to the overall vacation! We enjoyed every minute of the house and pool and easy access to beach EVERY day! Highly recommend renting a golf cart for all or some days to zoom around the island. If you go during busy time, it's hard to find parking and the golf carts are so much fun for everyone! This house has 2 units and they both have their own pools, but allow access to both via fence in backyard for a larger group and/or 2 families traveling together! Great option!

Amazing Island Beach Vacation

We’re going to make it an annual thing! Such a perfectly sized place. Quiet neighborhood. The pool is beautiful. Comfortable beds. And the place was spotless both times. Although we barely spend any time inside because the back yard is so amazing with multiple seating areas and then the two minute walk to the most beautiful beach just can’t be beat!So many delicious restaurants nearby but we also enjoyed grilling out back a few nights. The property managers are great. Quick to respond. We ran out of propane and someone was there in less than two hours to change it!The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and the box in the carport has just about everything you need for a fun day at the beach. I can’t say enough about this wonderful, cozy home away from home!

Not what we expected!

We have been renting in AMI for many years. Always had great accommodations until this duplex. The worst place. We didn’t expect new, as showing in the pics . But, we expected a quaint, clean and quiet place. Not so. Construction across the street, starting at 7 am. We were never told. The pool area the roof was leaking as it poured rain a few nights. So we couldn’t use the patio. The pool needs resurfacing badly, we didn’t get in it. Floors dirty. Kitchen was very small. When you opened the refrigerator door it banged against the wall. The mattress in the master was comfortable but the beds in both bedrooms were very high, would not recommend for small children or elderly or people with bad knees. Very low water pressure in the shower. The washer n dryer are very small n old. Finally the tenants before we checked in left the garbage bin completely full and we had to wait for the first pickup before we could put our garbage out. Since my husband and I needed this vacation and we were there for the beach, we made the best of it and we were blessed with wonderful sunny days and great dining . Only went back to the duplex to bathe n sleep. This place needs more than TLC.

Hi Maria, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay in Coral Breeze B as most guests do and we are surprised that we did not hear from you during your stay with these concerns. You are correct that all the furniture & appliances are not brand new but they are well maintained and replaced as needed. If we were to do a full replacement of all, you could not rent it for the same price. Unfortunately, FDR is not made aware of construction that goes on as each place on the island is individually owned and operated, we have no control over that. These units are loved by many guests and they return year after year to them. Great Spring Break

We had a lovely week at this rental in Holmes Beach. I’ll start by saying we would return to this same unit ... but I want to give some feedback I think would be helpful to potential renters. 1. The mattresses are very soft, especially in the room with two twin beds. Probably will not be an issue if you have children sleeping in there, but adults with back issues should beware. 2. The beach bin in front of the unit was a blessing - thank you for the use of beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc. We brought some of that stuff down with us but did not need to! 3. Bring bikes! We did and didn’t move the car the whole week we were there. Especially during busy times of the year (spring break!) it’s faster to move about the island by bike than by car. And better for you!! 4. If you don’t like “critters” Florida probably isn’t the place for you ... but the large dead rat on the side of the house the day we got there was startling and unwelcome. It was dead. That’s the good part. Florida Dreams (mgmt company) may want to do a walk-around on the transition day to prevent such guest experiences. 5. The pool is shaded for all but about 2 hours a day. I consider this a plus. Get all the sun you want at the beach and enjoy a lovely shaded backyard pool when you’ve had enough sun. But, this could be a downside if you’re visiting during the cooler, shoulder months of the year. 6. On the third day there (Tuesday) we wanted to use the grill. The propane tank was empty. The Florida Dreams handbook in the unit said to simply call them and they’d deliver another. So I called, but they said Tuesdays were maintenance’s “day off.” But they said we could feel free to do our own exchange of the tank and turn in our receipt at their office for a refund of the cost. We did the exchange ourselves. They refunded us. But, not exactly a white glove customer experience. If you plan on using the grill on your vacation, check the tank when you check in and get it taken care of right away. This unit was right-sized for two adults and two children. We enjoyed our week immensely and will likely return to AMI/Holmes Beach!

All of our properties are checked by a property manager, this was an extremely busy check in day on the island as it was a spring break week and so we focused on the inside and pool area but will make a note to check the side of the duplex as well.
