This pet friendly, single level home, “Beachside Nirvana” at Laguna Beach is 1 block to the beach on the quiet west end of PCB. This 5 bedroom/3 full bath home sleeps 15. The house is wheelchair accessible and situated on a large resort-style property with swimming pool/spa/turboslide, sport court, mini-golf, firepit, outdoor dining, kids climbing tower, and lanai/outdoor kitchen.
Pool can be heated year round for a fee. Golf cart is available for rent.
Primary guest must be at least 25 yo.

Experience the ultimate in seaside relaxation at "Beachside Nirvana," a sprawling single-story retreat on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach. Located just a 3- to 5-minute stroll to Beach Access 84. This wheelchair-accessible haven (sleeps up to 15) is designed for large families and groups.

The Highlights:
• Accessibility & Convenience: 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths (including an accessible suite), and parking for up to 8 vehicles. A 6-passenger electric golf cart is available for rent on-site. We provide a minicrib, pack-n-play, and high-chair for families with infants and toddlers.
• Lanai: A large resort-styled covered patio with comfortable sofa seating, a large 55” outdoor TV, dining table, and an outdoor kitchen, all set the scene for memorable alfresco meal preparation, dining and entertaining. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a natural gas BBQ grill, large griddle, power burner, ice chest, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer.
• Ultimate Backyard: The private backyard is your personal playground, featuring a heated pool with an exciting turbo twister water slide and a relaxing spa (pool can be heated and spa operated for a fee - please inquire), a natural gas firepit, dining table for 8, kids climbing tower w/slide, a multisport court where you can also dabble in basketball, corn hole and pickle ball.
• Entertainment Galore: Game room with ping pong table, darts, ring toss, connect four, board games, diverse exercise equipment, and a massive selection of beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, beach tent, beach towels (total 10), and beach toys). On property outdoor entertainment include basketball, pickleball, climbing tower with slide, mini-golf, corn hole, bikes, razor scooters, sitting racers, music, TV.
• Chef’s Dream: A fully equipped indoor kitchen featuring Z-line gas cooktop, top of the line appliances, spacious leathered granite countertops, and all the cooking essentials you could need. From pots and pans to a full set of cooking utensils, dinnerware, measuring cups, quality knife blocks, and spices you'll find everything necessary to prepare simple meals or elaborate feasts.
• Coffee Station: The coffee station is equipped with a Keurig, slow drip coffee pot, electric kettle, expresso maker and a French press.
• Near the Beach: Enjoy the stunning white-sand beaches of Panama City Beach, just a short and easy walk from your front door (1-block, see photos). There is plenty of parking near Beach access 84. We provide beach wagon to haul your beach gear. A 6-seater electric golf-cart is available for rent on location (please inquire)
• Workspace: High-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a monitor and printer is provided for your convenience.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome your four-legged family members (dogs only, max 2) to enjoy the spacious and secure fenced-in backyard. Pet fees apply.
