Welcome to your family-friendly waterfront escape! Our beautiful condo not only offers a private boat slip with direct harbor access but also features green fishing lights for an unforgettable night fishing experience right off the boat slip.
PARKING** is limited to ONE vehicle per condo! If you are bringing extra vehicles or a trailer, there are instructions and contact information located inside the condo.

Designed with families in mind, the kitchen boasts a large countertop that extends into the dining area, perfect for entertainment and serving meals with ease. Convenience is key with a half bath downstairs. The master bedroom opens to a balcony where you can unwind and watch the sunset, adding a touch of romance to your family getaway. Complete with WIFI for staying connected and pool access across the street for splashing fun, this condo is the ideal setting for creating lasting memories with your loved ones, blending relaxation with adventure in the serene setting of our coastal community.
