You'll love the bright and open floor plan designed to entertain indoors and out. This one-of-a-kind home has been completely remodeled. Every living space is loaded with character and thoughtfully planned custom finishes. Hardwood floors throughout home. All rooms have full or partial view of the lake. The resort style 6' deep saltwater pool features dual waterfalls, raised hot tub overlooks the glistening waters of Lake Norman. Rent or bring your boat and jet ski and tie them at the dock. Parking for boat and/or jet ski trailer on gravel area left of driveway. Enjoy the 8' slate pool table and arcade machine with over 4,500 games. 5 smart TVs throughout home with Roku and DirecTV. Coffee station faces picture window overlooking pool, spa and lake. Dining table sits 6, and kitchen island sits 5. Chef's kitchen is fully stocked and upgraded with marble countertops and farmhouse sink. Beautiful sunroom overlooks pool and lake. Adjacent living room has a 65" smart TV and comfy sofa that converts to a queen size bed with mattress topper and pocket doors for privacy.

Beautiful Lake Norman

We had a wonderful weekend stay in this fabulous beautiful lake home! The kitchen gathering room is breathtaking! The host was so kind and accommodating to our family! All of us said we have to come back next year! Highly recommend!

Great family gathering spot

Excellent house with something for all ages - hot tub, arcade games, pool table. Well stocked kitchen and convenient to grocery store. Clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house, we enjoyed our stay. Everything is beautiful and the house is comfortable with nice seating areas and comfortable beds. Nice view of lake and pool area outside.

Room for the whole family

We had a wonderful relaxing time with our adult daughters and their spouses. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, seating, tvs, dishes, coffee, cooking and baking gear. We truly did not have to go in search of anything. Outdoors were beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks, hot tub grill and firepit. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful, peaceful week on Lake Norman. The house was great, so comfortable and had everything we needed for a great time. The pool is amazing and the kitchen was a great place to hang out while we were cooking (every pot and pan, dish and utensil needed was there!). Thank you!!

Lake house

House was great for our family reunion weekend. Beds were comfy and plenty of parking. Kitchen has pool-safe drink wear and a handful of useful items. We ate out most meals. Pool was a great place to lounge on a sunny afternoon.

Great getaway!

Loved this property! Listing and pictures are accurate! Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and furniture. Backyard patio is great - good view, nice pool and fire pit. We had no issues, but communication with Matt was great. Highly recommend!!!

Girls Trip

This house exceeded our expectations! I booked this house for a girls trip weekend. It’s even nicer in person than the photos. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen area is perfect for entertaining. The host was very responsive to questions. The outdoor space was our favorite. We spent most of the time sitting around the fire pit or lounging by the pool/hotub. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Three Happy Ladies

Owner was on top of things.......like letting us know when trash cans were going to be changed (so we would not be worried about someone stealing them). The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. All electrical outlets were well marked. The views from all windows facing the water were great. We probably will return again.

Wonderful Vacation

I take my family to the lake every year. This has been our favorite house so far. It was very nicely decorated, clean and stocked with all the items we needed. As with any family that has a lot of kids, one of my teenagers forgot his toothbrush and they even had those available! The location was ideal, the pool and hot tub was beautiful. I cannot say enough about this house and our time there. We will definitely look to staying here again. Thank you!

Phenomenal Property Manager!!

Great house, great property with pool, hot tub and a dock but an even better Property Manager! Communications were quick and efficient. Check-in and out was a breeze. But the Property Manager, Matthew Davis, really shines at ensuring the renter has everything they need. Matthew extended himself to help us out when I doubt most would. Rent with confidence knowing you're in great hands- thanks again!!

Great Lake House!

Really nice, quiet lake spot! We even stayed on the 4th of July and got to see tons of fireworks all around the lake, yet it was still peaceful and quiet by 11pm. We stayed here while waiting on our belongings to arrive at our new home during a move from Ohio. This home provided all the things we needed to have a nice resting spot in the midst of a big move. The pool with a view of the lake was great and so much fun for the kids! The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to answer questions. He went above and beyond to fix a minor issue that came up during our stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

We rented this property for my husband’s birthday weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The house was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The kitchen is perfect for large gatherings and the pool table room was a big hit with the kids. The outdoor space is awesome from the pool and hot tub to the private dock. Perfect for renting a boat and spending an afternoon on the lake. Such fun! The pictures do not lie. It’s a pretty as it looks. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!
