"Memory at the Sea" is located right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach making it the prime vacation rental location! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions! These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property. Guests will also love being just steps away from the beach!

This stunning raised beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, covered front porch, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 12 guests!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home. The layouts are as follows!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor! It features a king bed, window for natural light, two nightstands, closet for storage, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with glass doors, vanity, and toilet!

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two queen-sized beds, window for natural lighting, 2 nightstands, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two double sized beds, windows for natural light, closet for storage, nightstand, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Living Room: Just as you walk into the house, guests will enter into the living area. This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with two sofas that both convert to queen size beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV, TV stand, wood burning fireplace, access to the half bath, and access to the covered ocean view porch!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Guests will enjoy a full-size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 8 guests!

Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a full-size washer and dryer and shelving above to hang your non dryer items! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the home, unattended. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
