We had a fantastic stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The closeness of the beach was great and being able to sit on back the screened in back porch and listening to the waves was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Had a first great trip at this location. You can definitely hear the people on the top of your staying on the bottom and being from the country that was new but the house was awesome and the beach amazingly close!! Will definitely book here again. Might even just take the whole family and rent top and bottom together since there is so much room!!

Lovely older home on the coast! Beach view from bottom was blocked by the dunes but it definitely will not stop us from coming back! Kitchen is incredibly stocked! Very comfy and privately laid out floor plan. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Found the prettiest shells ever there and I’ve covered pretty much the entire coast of SC. House was spotless! Beds were comfy! Great place to stay! Will be back next September for sure!

Overall a good experience. We booked last minute (Friday) for a Monday check-in. Work was being done on the upper unit through Wednesday, and although the workers were fine, the equipment was noisy & one night they worked until just before 9 pm. Otherwise, it was a great get away and fairly isolated. A perfect time to come to the area. Off-season is when most around do property upkeeps--we just happened to hit the week that work was being done. Otherwise, excellent location & cottage.

Great location. Not on the main drag, but close enough to be convenient and far enough to be away from most of the typical touristy annoyances. Plenty of room for everyone. If going to the beach is your thing, then know that you are right on it. No elevator. No neighbors. Just walk out the back door and then onto the beach. It is an older place, so it is fairly dated in that respect, but you have all the essentials. We had no complaints.

We actually stayed in the upper level. We absolutely loved the house, it is a very old house it had so much character in history.( This house was the third house built at the location on the ocean front in 1946 or 1947) Also it had tons of room for our big family to enjoy it. The ocean was right outside across the dunes so we were able to enjoy watching and hearing it from the porch as well going straight down to it. We got to meet the neighbors that had built there house in 1954We will definitely be staying here again if possible in the future

Myrtle beach

The location was great Ocean view /short walk to ocean The rental is dated,window ac unit in kitchen doesn't cool, The place wasn't very clean,floors dirty, throw rugs had pet urine on them Notified the management team, they removed them A picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night, hit my son in the head(he wasn't hurt,thank goodness) We enjoyed our time there

Our Stay at the lower Barnett house

Barnett House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and access to the beach. The home is older but well maintained. I would like to see the mattresses updated, they are not comfortable. My only other complaint is the sand bites in the yard: having dogs, the burrs would get lodged in their pads. Those two comments aside, the house is wonderful and we will stay there again.
