Historic 1880 Duluth condo with stunning Lake Superior views! This spacious 3-bedroom, 1600 sqft unit comfortably sleeps 6+ guests. Features 2 king beds, a jetted tub, and patios to enjoy the scenery. Located minutes from Canal Park, mountain bike trails, and Spirit Mountain. Perfect for families or groups seeking a unique and scenic Duluth getaway.
The space
Step into this spacious 1600 sqft, 3-bedroom historic condo and feel the openness created by its 10-foot high ceilings. While it may look like a typical redstone townhouse, this condo is uniquely special in Duluth's history. This 1880 condo truly looks over the city and lake with the best view in town. While this townhouse looks fairly non-descript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city.
LIVING AREA:
- Relax on a large leather sofa or a stylish daybed, which provides additional sleeping space.
KITCHEN & DINING:
- Updated kitchen with modern appliances.
- Convenient breakfast bar for casual meals.
BEDROOMS & BATH:
- Bedroom 1: King Bed
- Bedroom 2: King Bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
KEY AMENITIES:
- Unwind in the large soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom after a day of exploring.
- Washer and dryer available upstairs
- Shared Terrace with outdoor furniture offers an incredible view of Lake Superior
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire condo unit. A designated parking space is provided for one vehicle in the driveway directly in front of the property. Access to the unit is via a private entrance on the lower level, down a flight of exterior stairs. Self check-in is available using a lockbox located on the porch post by the far lower door.

- Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- All necessary check-in details, including your unique door code, will be sent to you on your day of arrival.

Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
