Additional cars can also park paying by hour or by day. You will be given a unique key code to access the smart lock on the front door. You can use all of the condo’s amenities, including the high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, pet accessories, and more. You can also use the hotel pool, sauna, exercise room, and hot tub. This stylish downtown condo has two private bedrooms, both with king-size beds, high-end linens, and locally inspired decor. Both feature a bright accent wall, exposed brick, high ceilings, hardwood floors, cable tv, a spacious storage closet, and windows that allow plenty of natural light in.

There are two spacious full bathrooms in the apartment, and both have recently been updated with new floors and fixtures. One of the bathrooms features a shower and tub combination, while the other offers a walk-in shower. There is plenty of counter space and fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The classic kitchen has modern appliances, spacious cabinets, and drawers stocked with new utensils, pots, pans, and cookware. There is a coffee maker, slow cooker, plenty of kitchen gadgets, and large food and water bowls for the four-legged travelers in your group.

The open-concept living room has a cozy fireplace along with a large flat-screen tv with cable. This comfortable hang-out spot is complete with two chairs and a sofa that pulls out into a bed. You’ll find some dog toys stored in the black ottoman and a small hot tub in the corner.

While this condo doesn’t have any private outdoor space, it is located close to local parks, outdoor recreation areas, and Duluth’s vibrant downtown district. There is a great dog-friendly brewery within a 5-minute walk from the condo, so you don’t need to leave your pet behind!
