The southwest-facing terrace with grill, heated pool, and hot tub invites relaxation. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing enough space for eight people. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace, a king-size bed, and its own bathroom. You can dock your rental boat next to the boat lift.

The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and includes a King-Size bed and a private bathroom . The other three bedrooms each have a Queen-Size bed. The open living area is spacious and flooded with natural light due to the large window front. In short, a villa that provides a feeling of well-being. Enjoy the wonderful view of the pool area and the canal directly adjacent to the garden on the spacious terrace. Boaters get their money's worth here, as you have access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes.



A pool table, table tennis, table football and fishing rods are also available to make your stay even more varied.



Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, not far from the Cape Coral Bridge, connecting Cape Coral to Fort Myers. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the Farmer Market taking place every Saturday morning, and the popular Boathouse, where you should definitely enjoy the sunset, among many other beautiful spots.

You will receive the door code from us prior to your arrival, allowing you to access the house independently.

Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you
