Cupula Azul is a beautiful beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable and memorable seaside escape. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a spacious ensuite bath with double sinks. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes four bunk beds—ideal for kids or larger groups.

Inspired by traditional Mexican décor, the home features colorful tile work, vibrant artwork, and charming architectural details. The open floor plan includes a cozy living area with plush seating, a fireplace (please bring your own wood or fire logs), and large windows showcasing breathtaking ocean views. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space and a bar—perfect for entertaining or mixing your favorite drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, offering everything you need for home-cooked meals or quick snacks. A large sliding glass door leads out to a spacious oceanfront deck, complete with patio furniture, a fire pit, and a grill for outdoor relaxation and dining.

Additional amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central heating and cooling, and a two-car garage for secure parking.

Owner requests No Smoking Inside. Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

The perfect place to enjoy your vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a pretty good size to stay. The garage is pretty big. The property is in good condition and is a quite area. We had a small issue with the water and the maintenance personnel responded and solve the issue within 15 minutes. Hope you can enjoy your vacation just like we did! Safe travels.

Ran out of running water

The house is fine. Great location. But we ran out of running water. When we called the management company they told us “this is Mexico” and we’re very unsympathetic. We got better service by going directly through Chuck Salem himself. They had to fill the water tanks several times over our four days there, despite us being extremely conservative with our water usage. Think there’s a bigger problem with this property, as we should not have run out of water overnight, while sleeping.

Needs maintenance! Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked last minute so we had limited options. Went with this one for the view and space, which worked well. However, master toilet didn’t work, shower handle fell off, multiple cabinet handles broken... I could go on and on. Just does not meet the normal minimal expectation for rentals as it needs a lot of repair. On a positive note though - multiple chairs to take outside, comfortable newer reclining sofas, and a beautiful view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the back porch was just spectacular and what we wanted! The house is going through some renovations, but overall met our needs. We had seven people in our party and the house was big enough and we never felt crowded. The house has a garage and secluded parking outside of it. The property management team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet any of our needs.

Deceiving pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures used to promote the house are not updated they are using old pictures from back when the house was first posted. We got there the house light fixture wires where just hanging there. The bathroom sinks tile was cracked all around,the toilet was lose and moved everytime you sat down. Tile crack/missing around the inside of the house and outside. The roof is so bad I thought pieces where going to fall on top of us. The renting price per night is not worth it. I have stayed in better houses for less. We go at least twice a year and this has been by far the worst house we have stayed in especially since the rent was so high. Don't waste your time and money on this house.

Was ok

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time down in Rocky Point as always. We have stayed at this house once before and it has been fixed up a little since the last stay 4 or 5 years ago but needs more work that is for sure. A few things about the house. They have no outside chairs minus the lounging chairs, the shower knob in the master bath was broken, one of the toilets had trouble flushing and unable to use a dishwasher (good thing we ate out all weekend). I would recommend this house if they did a little more work to it.

I would say that the property was just average..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things that were a problem. We did not have internet, so we called and they sent someone, so it worked for an hour or so and then the rest of the stay we had nothing. The toaster did not work, the dishwasher was falling out of it's holes and was not even connected. It was a comfortable house and was good for our family, other than the problems. We ate out at several places in town and was very happy with the food and service.

Reviewer Comments: There was a main water leak that we had to try to repair ourselves, the Oceano Rentals company offered no assistance, no refund, and no credit for future stays. Will NOT use them for future reservations.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed for four days.This home could be so much more. If the owners would take the time to fix what is wrong. The reviews are accurate. Yet ignored. The master bedroom has a door that does not lock,it what is suppose to be a beautiful view, but is abstructured because the windows are frosted, the door to give acess to the patio should open. But it's jammed. The bathroom has swinging bar doors that do not allow privacy. The guest bathroom faucet handle is missing. We ran out of running water twice. I could go on and on of minor things that have need fixing. The location is amazing, the neighborhood excellent for families, the rental place extremely helpful. The beach is paradise.

Two words sum up this house "falling apart"

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has been used so much you can tell that nothing has been done to it. My husband almost fell off toilet because the toilet was loose. The toilet was leeking water. The matresses were hard as a rock. The bump beds looked like they were going to collapse. The bed sheet were pretty wore out.They could of spend some money on The utensils and bedding that really needs to be replaced. Ants were all over kitchen counter. Water keep running out. The pump from water started to leak. This house needs alot of work. Please make you post my review so people know.

Some good some bad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location--both tide-pooling and swimming available depending on the tide. Kudos to the homeowner for fixing some of the problems noted in past reviews! Appears to be a work in progress, a good thing. Nice cabinets, some paint, tile & stucco redone, new refrigerator, utensils, outside lighting, furniture. A nice touch is the small under-counter refrig usable for drinks. Some issues remain,though, and I'm mentioning our experience during our stay the last week in May, 2017.Despite the advertising there is NO usable internet or television service. The internet, especially, is critical for those who work on vacation.Plumbing problems--The water pressure switch in the garage failed shortly after our arrival. Two toilet tanks fill only half way forcing you to fill them by pitcher so the flushes are thorough. Kitchen faucet runs/drips despite being replaced during our stay. Master shower diverter valve drips noisily. The only outside faucet is at the wrong end of the patio for washing sand off your feet. (Bring a LONG hose and nozzle!)No door mats available for sand removal before entering the house.No working BBQ. The built-in gas one is unusable and no gas was available.Master bedroom exterior door does not open.No coffee or end tables or reading lamps in the living area.We've used Oceano since they started years ago and, as usual, they are very attentive to the issues they can fix such as our running out of water. We would recommend this property to a friend if the friend is aware of the issues common to the rentals in Las Conchas.

Room for improvement

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at Cupula Azul, we particularly enjoyed the patio. However I need to say that house needs some maintenance, door frames need paint. Outside grill is in bad shape (fortunately there was a spare one so we survived). House can be a great success with some uplifts specially because is very big, enough for a big group.

Reviewer Comments: This place was falling apart...roof tile missing and dangling, broken dishwasher, non-functioning light fixtures, mold from leaking roof, non-functioning water faucet, no internet (although advertised). Staff tried to help but wanted more money for another 4 bedroom. We left early..very disappointed with Oceano Rentals.

Affordable, but somewhat rundown

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a number of places in Las Conchas. This home was older and not well-maintained. The dishwasher was not working. The fridge was rusted on the outside and missing shelves and food holders on the door. The grill did not work and there was no propane. The layout was good, but this property needs some updates and "love". It had a convenient location, but the beach was very rocky and difficult to traverse.
