Playa Romantica - Grande maison de plage confortable de 2 chambres

Playa Romantica est une maison sur la plage qui dispose de 2 chambres en bord de mer et de 2 salles de bains. Une chambre a un lit queen et à lits jumeaux avec accÚs au patio privé; l'autre chambre a un lit queen et un accÚs au patio double et privé. Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec cafetiÚre, mixeur, micro-ondes et grille-pain. Le salon / salle à manger a une cheminée (apportez votre propre bois ou bûches) et une belle vue sur l'eau ainsi qu'un accÚs rapide à la plage. Les autres commodités comprennent une grande terrasse et des meubles en bord de mer, des ventilateurs de plafond, une climatisation Ceantral, un moniteur TV pour magnétoscope, (apportez vos propres cassettes vidéo), Internet sans fil (WiFi), une douche extérieure et un barbecue au charbon. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer à l'intérieur et pas d'animaux. Les draps et un jeu de serviettes de bain sont fournis. 2 nuits minimum pendant la semaine; 3 nuits minimum le week-end en mars, avril, mai, juin et octobre et tous les jours fériés.

Great house, but amenities could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this house several times over the years. It's a great location along Las Conchas and supports a single family well. But, a few things. First, nobody had anything good to say about the beds. Hardest mattresses ever. Second, some things would have been nice to have, like a baking sheet, stocked spice cabinet, and a DVD player.

Host always responded in a timely manner. The beach was beautiful. Only thing there were a lot of mosquitos which surprised me. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house setup for our family of four. Convenient location. Some rocks but also lots of sand. Steps to the beach. Good AC, decent water pressure would absolutely stay here again. Something’s to consider when packing... no drinking water provided so plan to bring your own. No dish towels, oven mitts, spices, etc and only 4 drinking/water cups. There is one outdoor chair and a small cement outdoor table, otherwise no patio furniture so we had to bring our chair back and forth for coffee outside in the morning. All very small things but just to help the next person when packing. Indoor seating clean and comfortable. Great company to rent from, very professional.

Can’t beat the location but property needs some TLC. The patio furniture was sun rotted and my son fell through the lounger shortly after check in. Screen doors on patio off track furnishings very outdated and in need of repair. Ad needs to be updated the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated but there is no washer dryer now.

Lighting could use some improvement; one ceiling fan had burnt out bulb but no big deal really. Would also recommend getting all bulbs in the same color temperature, especially kitchen and outdoor lights. The cooler, fluorescent colors are jarring at night. Recommend warmer bulb colors. Great location and management company. Super quiet spot (no events at venue next door during our stay). Outdoor loungers starting to fail due to age, sun, etc. Bring a lighter for the propane grill and be sure to turn off tank at source as one knob stuck to on position.

Twin size beds were ok if you like a firm mattress. Air conditioners work great! Kitchen was equipped well, but could use new pans and there wasn’t any baking pans. As others have mentioned, could also use more patio chairs. Overall we had a great experience with Oceano and enjoyed our stay. We woke up our first morning to having no water in the house, I called Oceano at 8am, and had water refilled before 10am. I would text this home for a small group. Beautiful beach, not too rocky.

Reviewer Comments: Next door to Playa Romantica, there is a venue/party house which is not respectful of the Las Conchas community nor its neighboring houses and they have lights on all night long and blaring music with a thumping base that goes through this house's walls--so you cannot sleep. The venue lights house next door were so bright that they blinded you on the beach so you could not walk the beach at night. There was no mention in the description ad by owner or Oceano Rentals that this house is located next door to a bar and party house. Playa Romantica House Amenities are lacking. No dishwasher. Stove exhaust fan just blows air back into house. Fridge does not get cold for 24 hours after arrival. Outside water hose gets water all over the place because it is put together with tape and is broken. Outdoor foot wash does not work. Shower heads are plugged. Complimentary shampoo/body wash smells terrible. Not enough towels. We stayed here before the venue house next door was built, but in general Playa Romantica has gone downhill and now unfortunately for people renting this house, a venue business has moved in next door so it has ruined it for us to stay here again.

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point

The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again.

You can snorkel and is best at high tide . I saw baby sting rays , puffer fish , Sargent majors , mackerel and sea bass . The place was clean and safe .Big shout out to the people at OcĂ©ano rentals for helping us relocate due to a broken A/C at another property . They had a repair man out within the hour but unfortunately couldn’t be repaired only replaced . They didn’t hesitate to rebook us to save our vacation . Will definitely use again !

Love Playa Romantica
