Playa Romantica - Grande maison de plage confortable de 2 chambres

Playa Romantica est une maison sur la plage qui dispose de 2 chambres en bord de mer et de 2 salles de bains. Une chambre a un lit queen et à lits jumeaux avec accès au patio privé; l'autre chambre a un lit queen et un accès au patio double et privé. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière, mixeur, micro-ondes et grille-pain. Le salon / salle à manger a une cheminée (apportez votre propre bois ou bûches) et une belle vue sur l'eau ainsi qu'un accès rapide à la plage. Les autres commodités comprennent une grande terrasse et des meubles en bord de mer, des ventilateurs de plafond, une climatisation Ceantral, un moniteur TV pour magnétoscope, (apportez vos propres cassettes vidéo), Internet sans fil (WiFi), une douche extérieure et un barbecue au charbon. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer à l'intérieur et pas d'animaux. Les draps et un jeu de serviettes de bain sont fournis. 2 nuits minimum pendant la semaine; 3 nuits minimum le week-end en mars, avril, mai, juin et octobre et tous les jours fériés.

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point

The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again.

Love Playa Romantica

This is our second time staying at Playa Romantica. We love the location of the home. It is close to town and the beach is right out of the back door. We will be staying here again!

A Dream!

It was as advertised... Playa Romantico! Easy to follow the directions to a location that felt remote and private. The Oceana office was a great help. Would love to come again. Bedrooms on opposite sides of house with bathrooms was a plus. A jug of water would be our only suggestion.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful beach house with a split floor plan on the beach. Beds are firm; you'll need to bring beach towels and toys. There was a circuit board failure with the oven and stove had a missing knob, but the folks at Oceana Management were willing to assist with any issues - and we deferred since our visit was short. House was very clean upon arrival and we look forward to returning to the area at another time. We would recommend this house :)

Easy check-in and check-out. Oceano is a professional property manager, they have been doing this a long time. Be sure and ask them to help you with anything you need, very accomodating!

Nice place on beach but issues

Enjoyed our stay even though there were some small issues, ie. bugs, ran out of water, many lights out, outdoor shower broken, & more. This is a small, economical rental so don’t expect extras (dishwasher, washer/dryer, water toys, nice furniture). Sorry but I would not rent again.

Perfect spot!

After dealing with Covid and cancer I loved getting away with an old friend. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths worked perfect. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels and throw blankets. The view out the living room sliders was to die for. Kitchen was stocked to meet our needs. Bring water. Heaters worked fine. If you are looking for up to date decorating and furniture this isn’t your place. Suggestions would be bigger tv and some comfy decent patio furniture. We both would stay here again as the price and location were perfect.

Great RENTAL!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time to rent this property and use Oceano Rentals. As before, a great experience! From check-in to check-out, all was smooth. The difference is the property management company. Staff like Elizabeth, Tony and Jackie...right there in the office to help you! They were all GREAT! Several basic requests were met with "of course"! I highly recommend Oceano Rentals AND this house RIGHT ON THE BEST BEACH!

LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE HOST WAS RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. THE LOCATION WAS AWAY FROM CITY NOISE AND HUSSLE. NO ONE TOLD US THE WATER IN THE HOME WAS NOT DRINKABLE. THERE WAS NO WAY TO CLEAN THE HOME DUE TO LACK OF CLEANING EQUIPMENT. THE PATIO DID NOT DRAIN WATER DUE TO INACCURATE GRADE SETTING. THERE WAS NO HOSE TO SPRAW SAND OFF THE PATIO. THE INSIDE OF THE HOME WAS NOT CLEAN, OR CLEANED 7 OR 8 DAYS EALIER. THE TV ONLY RECEIVED NETFLIX. DURING THE TROPICAL STORM THE WATER WAS OUT FOR TWO DAYS AS WAS THE ELECTRICITY. THE SCREEN DOORS BLEW OFF IN A MILD WIND. WE RECEIVED NO INSTRUCTION ON HOW THE AC OPERATED.HOWEVER, THE BEACH AND TIDES WERE GREAT--VERY BEAUTIFUL!IF WE STAYED IN LOS CONCHAS AGAIN, WE WOULD STAY IN A DIFFERENT HOME. WE WENT HOME EARLY DUE TO 2 DAYS OF NO WATER OR ELECTRICITY WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 90 DEGREES.

Perfect, quiet beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you desire a quiet home on the beach in Puerto Penasco, then it would be hard to find better than this one. The photos do not lie, you have an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez from inside and out, with sea birds, passing dolphins, and that incredible tidal range. We enjoyed exploring tide pools in front of the unit at low tide. The beach at high tide looked great for swimming had we been there during warmer weather. Really can't ask for a better location if you're looking for a nature-based lodging option. The home had all most all necessities. No dishwasher, but no big deal. It advertised a charcoal grill, but none was there when we arrived. No problem! Called the Oceana office and they had a fine young man purchase a new one and assemble it on site within two hours. Used it several times for grilling super fresh shrimp (get it in town at Jessy's, the best!). Beds were comfy, all appliances worked fine, AC/Heat was as expected. WiFi never a problem. We plugged a laptop in the HDMI port on the TV to stream movies, otherwise no video entertainment. Things were clean. We felt safe at all times. Yes, unit is showing a bit of age in a few places but nothing that took away from its overall great feeling. Only downside is that the roads in Las Conchas are not paved, and we had 4 days of off and on rainy weather (what? this place gets only 10 days of rain all year? bad luck on our part). The sand roads turn into quagmires...passable, but challenging. Of course, rain and sand roads not the fault of Oceana. We'd return in a heartbeat...this place was great.
