The home overlooks the famous 15th hole on the Arnold Palmer course with a dramatic view of the of Santa Rosa Mountains. (We even have Big Horn Sheep occasionally visit our backyard!)

PGA West is, according to Golf Magazine, 'The Western Home of Golf in America,' and is conveniently located to everything Palm Springs offers.

Relax outside & sunbath by the our custom built saltwater pool, soak in the spa, and watch golfers tee off on the 15th hole. Enjoy dinner on the patio with our brand new outdoor kitchen, which features a grill, cooktop, and a cold drink holder. At night, enjoy a drink under the stars, cozy up next to one of our two fire pits, and view the majestic illuminated mountains at night. There are multiple comfy sitting areas, and bigscreen tv outside so you can watch the games during the day or a movie at night.

The beautiful Chef's kitchen features a center island, a gorgeous stove with two ovens, a microwave, and is fully stocked with high quality kitchen appliances and tools. There is a kitchen bar seating area perfect for morning coffee, drinks with friends or just a cozy spot to read the newspaper.

The dining table expands to fit ten people, and is situated right next to the wet bar for easy access.

The living room features a cozy coach, four comfy chairs, large bean bags and an ottoman and a working gas fireplace. The massive 75" smart tv is perfect for watching a movie or a golf tournament on the weekend.

The home also features a private laundry room with washer and dryer.

The primary Suite includes King Bed, a giant walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with an oversized jetted bathtub, oversized shower, and sliding door off the bedroom directly near a fire pit and the hot tub. It also has a 65" smart tv.

2nd main Suite has patio doors leading to the courtyard and a private bathroom with a private bathroom and a 65" smart tv.

3rd Suite has a private bathroom and a sliding glass door to one of the outdoor areas, a bathroom and a 65" smart tv.

Many stores are nearby, including Ralphs, Costco, Target and Walmart. There are tons of restaurants and world class spa resorts; lots of golf country clubs, tennis courts, movie theatre and casinos nearby.

The house also has lots of pool floats, rafts and fun board games. In addition, it features a brand new ping pong table, corn hole and giant Jenna.
